Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է զգուշացնել հետևանքների մասին

Եթե Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների` դեպի Արևմուտք սլացքն ու Ռուսաստանից հեռանալու քաղաքականությունը նախկինում արժանանում էր Ռուսաստանի կողմից մեղմ քննադատության, ապա այսօր պաշտոնական Մոսկվան չի կաշկանդվում և բաց տեքստով Հայաստանին զգուշացում է անում։ «Եթե Հայաստանը գնա եվրոպական ընտրության ճանապարհով, դա օբյեկտիվորեն կհանգեցնի ԵԱՏՄ գծով գործընկերների հետ Երևանի կայացած այն տնտեսական հարաբերությունների վերանայմանը, որոնք այսօր գոյություն ունեն։ Հավանաբար, դա բավական ցավագին գործընթաց կլինի, այդ թվում, ցավոք, Հայաստանի բնակչության համար», - «Իզվեստիա»-յին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը` մանրամասն ներկայացնելով, թե ինչ խնդիրներ կարող են ծագել։

«Մեր ապրանքաշրջանառությունն անցած տարի կազմել է մոտ 12 մլրդ դոլար՝ ցուցադրելով էական աճ։ Հայաստանի շահերն ինչ-որ կերպ ոտնահարելու պլաններ մենք չունենք և չենք կարող ունենալ։ Նա մեր դաշնակիցն է, ռազմավարական գործընկերը, որի հետ մեզ կապում են, ինչպես և Վրաստանի հետ, բազմադարյա ընդհանուր պատմությունը, ընդհանուր հաղթանակը Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում»,- նշել է Գալուզինը, միաժամանակ հայտնել, որ միաժամանակյա անդամակցությունը ԵՄ-ին և ԵԱՏՄ-ին անհնար է, քանի որ այդ միություններն ունեն տարբեր մաքսային-սակագնային կարգավորումներ. դրանք ըստ էության տարբեր տնտեսական բլոկներ են։ «Ըստ այդմ, մեր հայ գործընկերները, հավանաբար, ինչ-որ պահի պետք է որոշեն, թե որ ուղղությամբ են գնում՝ դեպի Եվրամիություն ինտեգրո՞ւմ, թե՞ ԵԱՏՄ միջոցով եվրասիական ինտեգրման շարունակական մասնակցություն։ Այդ մասնակցությունն ակնհայտ օգուտներ է բերում Հայաստանի բնակչությանը։ Եվ դա արտահայտվում է առաջին հերթին Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ աճի համար շատ նշանակալի թվերով։ Վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում այն ​​կազմել է շուրջ 6 տոկոս»,-նշել է Գալուզինը, նաև նկատել, թե Եվրամիության անդամակցությունը պահանջների և չափանիշերի շարք է` մուտքի անհասկանալի հեռանկարով։

Փաստացի Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին զգուշացնում է, որ իր և չկայացած եվրաինտեգրումը կարող է ծանր տնտեսական հետևանքներ ունենալ։ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը միլիոն կապերով կապված է ԵԱՏՄ-ին և Ռուսաստանին, իսկ Եվրամիություն ապրանք արտահանելու համար նույնիսկ ամենախոշոր հայկական ձեռնարկությունները լրջագույն խնդիրների կարող են բախվել, չհաշված, որ ահռելի այդ շուկան մեզ այնքան էլ չի սպասում, քանի որ ունի բավականին արմատացած դիրքեր, իսկ ԵԱՏՄ-ում Հայաստանը զարգացման տեմպերով թերևս առաջատարն է, և այժմ Հայաստանի ոչ թե իշխանությունները, այլ բնակչությունը պետք է ընտրի, թե դեպի ուր է ցանկանում տանել իր երկիրը՝ զարգացման արդեն փորձված ճանապարհո՞վ, թե՞ դեպի անորոշ ապագա` տնտեսական որոշակի բարդություններով։
