Դրամական նոր աջակցություն արցախցիների համար․ ում և որքան գումար կտրամադրվի

Արցախցիների համար Կառավարությունն աջակցության նոր ծրագիր է ընդունել, որը փոխարինելու է գալիս կեցության համար տրամադրվող 40+10 հազար դրամների ծրագրին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 1-ից սկսած միայն թիրախային խմբերն են ստանալու այդ աջակցությունը, այն էլ՝ 40 հազար դրամի չափով, իսկ ահա հուլիսի 1-ից այդ գումարը կրճատվելու և դառնալու է 30 հազար դրամ։

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության ժողովրդագրության և ընտանիքի սոցիալական երաշխիքների վարչության պետ Արտակ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ սա լրացուցիչ աջակցություն է, քանի որ այս պահին գործող այլ ծրագրեր շատ կան։ 

«Մենք կեցության համար աջակցություն ապրիլի մեկից սկսած տրամադրում ենք մի քանի խմբերի՝ 1-ին և 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցողներին, անչափահասներին, 63 տարին լրացած անձանց, կերակրողին կորցրած ու նպաստ ստացող անձանց ու 20 տարին լրացած, բայց դեռ կրթություն ստացող անձանց։ Այսպիսով՝ որոշ խմբերի համար գումարի տրամադրումը դադարեցվում է, և Կառավարությունը ևս մեկ որոշում ընդունեց՝ թիրախային աջակցություն տրամադրելու համար։ Դա տրամադրվելու է ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված կարիքավոր ընտանիքներին»,- նշեց նա։

Ըստ Հարությունյանի՝ այս աջակցությունը տրամադրվելու է այն ընտանիքներին, որոնք իրենց չափորոշիչներով կգնահատվեն որպես կարիքավոր։ Այսպես, աջակցությունից կարող են օգտվել այն ընտանիքները, որոնց ունեցած բոլոր եկամուտները յուրաքանչյուր անձի հաշվարկով չեն հասնում 55 հազար դրամին։ 

«Աջակցությունը կտրամադրվի ամսական դրամական աջակցության տեսքով։ Այն կտրամադրվի մինչև դեկտեմբեր ամիսը ներառյալ։ Աջակցության չափը կլինի ընտանիքի համար ամսական 40 հազար դրամ, որին կգումարվի հավելյալ յուրաքանչյուր անձի համար 10 հազար դրամ՝ սկսած ընտանիքի երկրորդ անդամից։ Այսինքն՝ եթե հինգ հոգանոց ընտանիք է, ապա կստանա 40 հազար դրամ և չորս անգամ տասը հազար դրամ (40 հազար դրամ) գումար»,- ներկայացրեց Արտակ Հարությունյանը։
