Ես 7 տարի մնացել եմ առաջին դասարանում. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

«Ինչքան մարդուն օգնում են, այդքան նրա՝ սև ցուցակում գտնվելն ավելի է սևանում։Սա է պրոբլեմը։ Լավ, մի օր հաց տվինք, երկու օր... տասն օր, այդ ո՞ւմ փողով ենք հացը տալիս, այդ գումարը, որ պետական բյուջեն վաստակում է, ձևավորվում է աշխատողի հաշվին, հետևաբար, պետք է աջակցենք աշխատողին, իսկ չաշխատողին քաջալերենք, որ աշխատի»,-կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նա համոզմունք հայտնեց,որ  Հայաստանում ընտանիք կա, որ 25-30 տարի անապահովության համակարգում է։

«Սոցապնախարարին խնդրել եմ նայել, թե քանի մարդ ու ընտանիք կա, պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք՝ մարդ 30 տարի փարոսի շահառու է, սա կատարյալ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք է այդ մարդու նկատմամբ, մենք դրանով իրենց սերնդեսերունդ դարձնում ենք աղքատ, աղքատությունը մտցնում ենք արյան մեջ»,-հայտարարեց փաշինյանը։

Ըստ փաշինյանի պետական պաշտոնյաներն էլ պետք է մտածեն գիտելիքի մասին։

«Էն որ ես հիմա եմ դրա մասին խոսում, դա նշանակում է, որ մեկը դպրոցում 7 տարի մնար առաջին դասարնում, ես 7 տարի մնացելեմ առաջին դասարանում։ Որովհետև, եթե ես սովորեի, 6-7 տարի առաջ այս ելույթը նույն ձևով այս նույն տեղում կունենայի»,- հայտարարեց գործադիրի ղեկավարը և հավելեց. «Մենք  այդ մարդկանց առաջնորդում ենք դեպի աղքատություն, դեպի տգիտություն և այլն, որովհետև դա մեր գործն է, որովհետև 7 տարի անց ես պատահական Արմավիրի մարզով գնում եմ Փշատավան,  մեկ էլ խելքս բրդում է, ասում եմ՝ ստեղ կանգնեք, իջնում եմ, 10 րոպե  խոսում եմ մարդկանց հետ ու հասկանում եմ, որ 7 տարի բոլորդ՝ իմ գլխավորությամբ , մնացել ենք առաջին դասարանում, որովհետև թուղթ է, որ պրինտ ենք անսում։Այն, որ մեր հեռավոր գյուղացին գիտելիքի պակաս ունի, դա նրանից է, որ մենք տգետ ենք։ Մեր 30 տարվա պատմությունն է սրա մասին, վերջին 7 տարվանը՝ առավել ևս, եթե սա չխոստովանենք, ոչ մի բան չի ստացվելու»։
