Չեն հանձնվում. ի՞նչ տարբերակներ է աշխատեցնելու ՔՊ-ն Գյումրիում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ապրիլի 16-ին կկայանա Գյումրու նորընտիր ավագանու առաջին նիստը, որի ժամանակ պետք է ընտրվի քաղաքապետ: Թվում է՝ ամեն ինչ այս առումով արդեն պարզ է: Սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ՔՊ-ն ՔՊ չէր լինի, եթե կարողանար արժանապատվորեն ընդունել պարտությունը: Մի շարք քպականներ այս օրերին հայտարարում են, թե «ամեն ինչ դեռ առջևում է», «ոչինչ դեռ կորած չէ» և այլն: Ավելին, նախօրեին ԱԺ նախագահն էլ ասել էր, թե իրենք քաղաքապետի թեկնածու են առաջադրելու:

Ինչի՞ մասին է սա խոսում: Կան տեղեկություններ, որ ՔՊ-ն ոչ միայն հույսը չի կորցրել Գյումրիում էլ զավթել իշխանությունը, ինչպես մի շարք այլ համայնքներում, այլև այդ ուղղությամբ կոնկրետ աշխատանքներ է տանում, ընդ որում, շրջանառվող տեղեկություններով, մի քանի տարբերակների ուղղությամբ: Գյումրիում խոսում են, որ տաբերակներից մեկը Մարտուն Գրիգորյանի ցուցակի անդամներից մեկին համոզելն ու թեկնածու առաջադրելն է: Այս դեպքում ՔՊ-ն կընտրի հենց նրան, ու կմնա ապահովել միայն երկու ձայն՝ ասենք՝ նույն խմբակցությունից: Ի դեպ, այս տարբերակը կյանքի կոչելու համար քպականները սպասում էին Մարտուն Գրիգորյանի որոշմանը՝ կդնի՞ ԱԺ պատգամավորի մանդատը, թե՞ կվերցնի ավագանու անդամի մանդատը: Պարզ հաշվարկներով, որպեսզի մինչև ապրիլի 16-ը կարողանա ավագանու անդամի մանդատ վերցնել, երեկ արդեն նա պետք է պատգամավորությունից հրաժարվեր, քանի որ առաջին դիմումից հետո միայն մեկ շաբաթ անց է դադարեցվում պատգամավորի լիազորությունները: Երկրորդ տարբերակը ՔՊ-ին ավելի հոգեհարազատ է, այն է՝ պարզապես «համոզելով», ճնշելով, վախեցնելով, խոստումներ տալով՝ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություններից երեք ձայն փախցնել:

Ի դեպ, այս ամենին զուգահեռ, մեր տեղեկություններով, ՔՊ-ն Գյումրիում ու Փարաքարում պարտության պատճառների «հետևից է գնում»: Նախ՝ փորձում են հասկանալ՝ ովքեր են քվե խոստացել, բայց չեն տվել, և ինչու չեն կատարել իրենց խոստումը: Երկրորդ՝ նախատեսում են բոլոր նրանց «գլխին սարքել», ովքեր, չնայած նախընտրական շրջանում իշխանական ճնշումներին, կտրականապես հրաժարվել են քվեարկել, առավել ևս՝ աշխատել ՔՊ թեկնածուների օգտին:
