ԱԳՆ խայտառակ արձանագրումը. Միրզոյանի հիմնարկը՝ Բաքվի թեզերի գեներատոր

44–օրյա պատերազմից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը և նրա կցորդը դարձած ԱԳՆ-ն բազմաթիվ խայտառակ հայտարարություններ է արել, բայց նախօրեին արած հայտարարությունը վեր է բոլոր տեսակի պատկերացումներից։ Արարատ Միրզոյանի հիմնարկը հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտարարել է, թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության բռնի տեղահանության և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի լուծարման վերաբերյալ հրամանագրի հրապարակումից հետո խնդիրը դուրս է եկել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև միջպետական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման օրակարգից։

Օրերս Գերմանիայի նախագահի հետ ասուլիս տված Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, որ բանակցություններում գլխավոր խոչընդոտը եղել է այն, որ մինչև 2024 թվականի հունվարը «Հայաստանը հաստատակամորեն փորձում էր խաղաղության պայմանագրում ներառել այսպես կոչված՝ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ճակատագիրը»»։

«Նախկինում քանիցս հայտարարել ենք, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններում Հայաստանն աշխատանքներ էր տանում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության անվտանգության և իրավունքների ապահովման, այդ թվում և այդ խնդիրների հասցեագրման միջազգային մեխանիզմի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ։ Դրան էին նաև միտված երրորդ երկրներում Ադրբեջանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումների կազմակերպման ջանքերը, որոնք մերժվեցին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կողմից։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության բռնի տեղահանության և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի լուծարման վերաբերյալ հրամանագրի հրապարակումից հետո խնդիրը դուրս է եկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև միջպետական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման օրակարգից», - նշել են Արտգործնախարարությունից։

ԱԳՆ-ն այս կերպ փորձում է պատասխանատվությունն իր վրայից գցել և ամբողջությամբ բարդել Արցախի վերջին նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի ոչինչ չասող հրամանագրի վրա։ Առավել ևս այսօր, երբ հայկական կողմն անմռունչ կատարում է Ադրբեջանի բոլոր պահանջները, իսկ Բաքուն խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրելու փոխարեն պատրաստում է ռազմական նոր էսկալացիայի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա ենթակաները փորձում են նոր քավության նոխազներ փնտրել, թե նախկինում կատարած իրենց դավաճանություններն արդարացնելու և թե նոր դավաճանությունների համար մեղավորներ կարգելու նպատակով։ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը երբեք չի ճանաչել ոչ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը և ոչ էլ, առավել ևս, Սամվել Շահրամանյանի ընտրությունը, փոխարենը հաճույքով ճանաչում է Շահրամանյանի ստորագրած լուծարման հրամանագիրը` այդ կերպ ևս մեկ կռվան տալով Ադրբեջանի ձեռքին։
