Նիկոլական պրոպագանդան այլևս դասական քարոզչություն չէ. այն դարձել է ազգային ինքնության դեմ ուղղված ռազմավարություն․ Արմեն Հովասափյան

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Վերջին 7 տարվա տառապանքս ու դառը փորձը հանգեցրել է այն տրամաբանական եզրահանգման, ըստ որի՝ Նիկոլի իշխանության ընթացքում ձևավորվել է պրոպագանդայի մի համակարգ, որն իր էությամբ ոչ միայն կեղծ է, այլև հակահայ։ Այս համակարգը ծառայում է մեկ նպատակի՝ պահել փլուզվող իշխանությունը՝ մանիպուլյացիաների, վախի և իրականության աղավաղման միջոցով։

Նիկոլական քարոզչամեքենան հենվում է մի մեթոդի վրա՝ սեփական ձախողումներն արդարացնել՝ դրանք փաթեթավորելով որպես «ժողովրդավարական հաղթանակ», «խաղաղության օրակարգ» կամ «պետական խոհեմություն»։ Ասեմ ավելին՝ Նիկոլի իշխանությունը որդեգրել է մի ձևակերպումային դաշտ, որտեղ ազգային գաղափարախոսությունն ու ինքնիշխանության պաշտպանությունը դիտարկվում են որպես ռադիկալիզմ, իսկ զիջումը՝ որպես ռացիոնալություն։

Ներքաղաքական հարթակում պրոպագանդան կառուցվում է վհուկների որսի տրամաբանությամբ։ Ամեն քննադատ ցուցադրվում է որպես «նախկին», «հակապետական», «պատերազմի շահառու»։ Իսկ հասարակության բևեռացումը պահվում է սուր՝ որպեսզի ժողովրդին երբեք չթողնեն սթափ վերլուծել իրավիճակը։

Դրան զուգահեռ հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվում հասարակության սոցիալական ամենախոցելի շերտերին՝ նրանց ներշնչելով, որ Նիկոլն է նրանց միակ պաշտպանն ու հույսը։ Այդ քարոզը հիմնվում է նվաստացման վրա՝ «եթե Նիկոլը չլինի, դուք ոչինչ չեք ունենալու» ձևաչափով։
Քանիցս ասել եմ, որ նիկոլական պրոպագանդան այլևս դասական քարոզչություն չէ։ Այն դարձել է ազգային ինքնության դեմ ուղղված ռազմավարություն, որը զուգորդվում է իշխանական լեգիտիմության հանկարծակի ճգնաժամի հետ։ Իրական քաղաքական արդյունքների բացակայության պայմաններում՝ իշխանությունը հենվում է կեղծ օրակարգերի և գիտակցաբար հակահայ դիսկուրսի վրա, ինչը հանգեցնում է ազգի պառակտման ու պետականության արժեզրկման։
