Սովորել են արևային թաղանթը տպել գլանափաթեթներով, ինչպես պաստառները

Բրիտանական Power Roll ընկերությունը Շեֆիլդի համալսարանի գիտնականների հետ միասին զեկուցել է պերովսկիտից արևային թաղանթների արտադրության մեջ առաջընթացի մասին: Բարելավված գործընթացը խոստանում է ավելի ցածր ծախսեր բարակ թաղանթով արևային վահանակների համար և էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ավելի բարձր արդյունավետություն: Նմանատիպ վահանակները պաստառների նման կարող են սոսնձվել ցանկացած վայրում՝ ցանկացած ազատ մակերես վերածելով էներգիայի գեներատորի, գրում է 3dnews.ru–ն։

Power Roll-ը 2012 թվականից աշխատում է «roll-to-roll» տեխնոլոգիայի վրա՝ պերովսկիտից արևային թաղանթների արտադրության համար: Ընկերության նպատակն է ստեղծել տեխնոլոգիական գործընթաց արևային մարտկոցների մեծ ծավալների ամենաէժան և ամենաարագ արտադրության համար։ Պաստառի մեթոդը իդեալական է դրա համար: Power Roll-ը վստահ է, որ մոտ ապագայում իրենք կկարողանան արտադրել բարակ թաղանթային արտադրանք, որը կարող է 1 ԳՎտ արևային էներգիա արտադրել։

Շեֆիլդի համալսարանի գիտնականների հետ համագործակցությունը օգնել է այդ երազանքը մի փոքր ավելի մոտեցնել: Համագործակցությունը հանգեցրել է բջիջների վերանախագծմանը: Բոլոր հաղորդիչ կոնտակտները տեղափոխվել են թաղանթի հետևի կողմը, որպեսզի չփակեն պերովսկիտի բջիջների լույսը: Դա հետևի կոնտակտներով արևային վահանակների արտադրության ավանդական մոտեցումն է: Օգտագործելով այս փորձը Power Roll-ը բարձրացրել է վահանակների արդյունավետությունը 12,8%-ով, ինչպես նաև ազատվել է հաղորդիչ կոնտակտների բաղադրության մեջ գտնվող ինդիումից, ինչը արտադրությունն ավելի էժան կդարձնի։

Բարակ Power Roll վահանակների արտադրությությունը հետաքրքիր մեթոդով է: Մշակման ընթացքում դրանց վրա առաջանում է մի տեսակ դաջվածք, որը նյութի մեջ ստեղծում է բազմաթիվ զուգահեռ միկրոակոսեր։ Մեկ քառակուսի մետրը պարունակում է 500,000 միկրոալիքային կառուցվածք՝ պատված հաղորդիչ նյութերով և ֆոտոակտիվ պերովսկիտային թանաքով: Պաշտպանիչ թաղանթի շերտերը թույլ են տալիս տպված գլանափաթեթները կայուն մնալ և մեծացնել դրանց ամրությունը:

Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ միկրոալիքային կառուցվածքը թույլ է տալիս ավելի լավ հավաքել անուղղակի լույսը, ինչպես նաև նյութը դարձնում է դեֆորմացման նկատմամբ դիմացկուն: Զարգացումը հետաքրքիր է թվում, բայց թիմը դեռ պատրաստ չէ խոսել զանգվածային արտադրության անցնելու մասին։ Նմուշները դեռ փորձարկվում են ռենտգեն սկաներների միջոցով, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս հավասարաչափ կարգավորել շերտերի տեղադրման գործընթացը և զանգվածային արտադրության դեպքում խուսափել թերություններից:
