Բրիտանացի մի խումբ պատգամավորներ ՄԹ կառավարությանը կոչ են արել ճնշnւմ գործադրել Ադրբեջանի վրա՝ Բաքվում պահվող հայերին ազատ արձակելու հարցով

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի խորհրդարանի մի խումբ պատգամավորներ երկրի կառավարությանն ուղղված նամակում խստորեն դատապարտել են Բաքվում պահվող 23 հայ բանտարկյալների շարունակական կալանքը և դատավարություններն ու Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարությանը կոչ են արել ճնշում գործադրել Ադրբեջանի վրա՝ նպաստելով հայ բանտարկյալների ազատ արձակմանը։  

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նամակն ուղարկվել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի խորհրդարանի անդամ, խորհրդարանում Հայաստանի հետ խորհրդարանական բազմակուսակցական բարեկամական խմբի նախագահ Ջեսիկա Մորդենի, խմբի փոխնախագահներ՝ Ջոն Ուիթինգդեյլի, Կրիս Լոունի և Լորդ Մարկ Մաքինսի կողմից, ինչ մասին Ջեսիկա Մորդենը նշել է X-ի իր միկրոբլոգում՝ կից տարածելով նաև համապատասխան նամակը։ 

Նամակի հեղինակները մեջբերել են ճշմարտության և արդարադատության կենտրոնի հաղորդագրությունը, որում նշվել էր, որ Բաքվում պահվող և ապօրինի ու շինծու դատական գործընթացների միջով անցնող հայ գերիներին ստիպում են կեղծ խոստովանություններ անել։ 

Պատգամավորներն ընդգծել են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ժողովրդավարական ճանապարհով ընտրված իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները կալանավորվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ իրականացված հարձակման և երկրամասից շուրջ 120 հազար հայերի բռնի տեղահանումից հետո։  

«Մեծ մտահոգություն կա, այդ թվում՝ բանտարկյալների հարազատներից և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հայկական սփյուռքից եկող լուրերի առնչությամբ՝ կապված բանտարկյալների անկախ իրավական աջակցության բացակայության, ֆիզիկական և հոգեբանական խոշտանգումների, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին դատավարություններին հետևելու արգելքի հետ։ Մենք նաև ահազանգ ենք հնչեցնում Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հրամանով Բաքվում BBC News Azerbaijan-ի և «Ամերիկայի ձայն-»ի գործունեության դադարեցման մասին, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի գործունեության դադարեցման, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի բազմաթիվ գործակալությունների երկրից արտաքսելու մասին հաղորդվող սպառնալիքների վերաբերյալ։  

Բանտարկյալների ընտանիքների անդամները մեզ հայտնում են, որ նրանք գտնվում են գրեթե ամբողջական մեկուսացման մեջ և հազվադեպ են կապ հաստատում հարազատների հետ։ Մենք հատկապես մտահոգված ենք բանտարկյալներից մեկի՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի առողջական վիճակով, որը մինչև վերջերս գրեթե մեկ ամիս հացադուլի մեջ էր։ Մենք խնդրում ենք, որ նախարարները քննարկեն Բաքվում բրիտանական դեսպանության ներկայացուցիչների՝ 23 հայ բանտարկյալներին այցելելու հնարավորությունը։ Մենք նաև խնդրում ենք նախարարներին՝ հաստատակամորեն խնդրել Ադրբեջանին՝ թույլատրել Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչներին վերադառնալ Ադրբեջան և այցելել բանտարկյալներին՝ ստուգելու նրանց ինքնազգացողությունը, վերականգնել Բաքվում BBC News Azerbaijan-ի աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև ապահովել դատավարությունների մանրազնին վերահսկողությունը և անհապաղ կերպով ազատ արձակել բոլոր հայ բանտարկյալներին՝ իբրև երկու երկրների միջև կայուն խաղաղության տանող ուղու գրավական»,-նշված է բրիտանացի պատգամավորների նամակում։
