Բնակարաններ՝ փախստականներին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

1988–1992 թթ. Ադրբեջանից բռնագաղթած և ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ունեցող մի քանի քաղաքացի կունենա իր բնակարանը: Կառավարության այսօր կայանալիք նիստի ընթացքում կներկայացվի 10 քաղաքացու՝ իրենց իսկ կողմից զբաղեցված բնակարանները սեփականաշնորհելու մասին նախագիծ:

«Կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության աշխատակազմ» պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկին ամրացված՝ Կոտայքի մարզի Աղավնաձոր գյուղի 2–րդ փողոցի թիվ 2/1 ուսուցչի տանը, Երևան քաղաքի Աճառյան 20/3, Երևան քաղաքի Նոր Նորք Մոլդովական փողոցի 29/1, Կոտայքի մարզի Աբովյան քաղաքի ուսանողական փողոցի թիվ 4 հասցեի Աբովյանի ճարտարագիտական քոլեջի և Երևան քաղաքի Շիրակի 2ա շենքի 7–րդ հանրակացարաններում բնակվող` 1988–1992 թթ. Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունից բռնագաղթած և ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստացած անձանց կողմից ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով կսեփականաշնորհվեն իրենց կողմից զբաղեցրած բնակելի տարածքները:

Վերևում նշված ուսուցչի տան և հանրակացարանների զբաղեցրած և սպասարկման համար անհրաժեշտ գույքի նկատմամբ ընդհանուր բաժնային սեփականության իրավունքը ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով անցնում է դրանց առանձին տարածքների նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունք ձեռք բերողներին:

Ըստ նախագծի՝ Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետը այս որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց և սեփականաշնորհվող բնակելի տարածքները, որպես առանձին գույքային միավոր, առանձնացնելուց հետո վեցամսյա ժամկետում սահմանված կարգով պետք է ապահովի նշված բնակելի տարածքների սեփականաշնորհումը և բնակիչների հետ կնքի սեփականաշնորհման պայմանագրեր: Որոշման ընդունմամբ, ընդհանուր առմամբ 10 քաղաքացու կողմից կսեփականաշնորհվի իրենց կողմից զբաղեցված հինգ բնակարան:

Որոշման ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը բխում է Հայաստանի տարածքում հանրակացարանային կացարաններում բնակվող, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունից բռնագաղթած և ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստացած ընտանիքների սոցիալ–տնտեսական և իրավական երաշխիքների, փախստական ընտանիքներին բնակարանով ապահովման անհրաժեշտությունից:

Նշենք, որ վերոհիշյալ հասցեների բնակիչները դիմել էին կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչություն` իրենց կողմից զբաղեցրած բնակելի տարածքները սեփականաշնորհելու խնդրանքով:
