Փաշինյանի վերջի սկիզբը. զավակները խժռեցին հեղափոխությունը

Գյումրու ավագանու ընտրությունները դրեցին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անփառունակ կառավարման վերջի սկիզբը։ 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ձախողեց բոլոր ոլորտները, որևէ իրական ռեֆորմ չիրականացրեց, աղավաղեց դատական և իրավապահ համակարգերը, թուլացրեց պետության մարտունակությունը, պարտություն կրեց արցախյան պատերազմում, կորցրեց Արցախը, այժմ էլ ամեն գնով փորձում է խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի հետ։

Այս ողջ ընթացքում գործող իշխանությունները մեղքի սլաքներն ուղղում էին նախկինների դեմ՝ վերջիններիս մեղադրելով իրենց իսկ ձախողումների մեջ։ «Նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսը, ըստ քպականների, միակն էր, որ դեռ կարողանում էր նրանց պահել թամբի վրա։ Այլևս փաստ է, որ «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսն էլ ձախողվել է։ Գյումրիում, որքան էլ զարմանալի լինի, ընտրողների մի զգալի մասը նախընրեց քվեն տալ նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանին, ով ոչ միայն «նախկին» է, այլև նույնիսկ նախկինների օրոք չէր փայլում իր բարի համբավով։ Փաստացի, գյումրեցին պատրաստ է քվե տալ ամենավատ նախկինին, քան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։

ՔՊ-ին այսօր դաժանաբար քննադատում են նույիսկ նրա արբանյակ կուսակցությունները՝ «հեղափոխության» արժեքները ոտնահարելու, անգործության հետևանքով 2018 թ. ժողովրդական ոգևորությունը պարպելու, հանրության ակնկալիքները չիրագործելու մեջ, և արդարացիորեն են անում դա։ Գործող վարչախումբը, օգտագործելով հանրության ոգևորության ալիքը, ուներ հնարավորություն իրական բարեփոխումներ անելու, փոխարենն ընտրեց «հեղափոխության արժեքները» սեփական բարգավաճմանն ու հարստացմանը ծառայեցնելու տարբերակը։

Ուղիղ 7 տարի առաջ այս օրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Գյումրիից սկսեց իր քայլարշավը։ Յոթ տարի անց կարելի է արձանագրել, որ այդ մեռելածին «հեղափոխությունը» ձախողվել է, իսկ Գյումրին՝ երեք մատի կոմբինացիա է ցույց տվել Փաշինյանին։
