Պուտինն առաջարկել է Ուկրաինայում ներդնել ժամանակավոր արտաքին կառավարում և անցկացնել նոր ընտրություններ

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանի համար հասկանալի չէ, թե ուկրաինական կողմից ում հետ պետք է որևէ համաձայնագիր ստորագրի, քանի որ «վաղը այնտեղ կգան այլ առաջնորդներ»։ Նա առաջարկել է քննարկել ՄԱԿ-ի և մի քանի երկրների հովանու ներքո Ուկրաինայում ժամանակավոր կառավարման ներդրման հարցը՝ այնտեղ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու համար, գրում է kommersant.ru-ն:

Ըստ Պուտինի՝ ընտրություններից հետո հնարավոր է սկսել խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցությունները։

«Կարելի է ՄԱԿ-ի հովանու ներքո ԱՄՆ-ի, նույնիսկ եվրոպական երկրների հետ, իհարկե, մեր գործընկերների և ընկերների հետ քննարկել Ուկրաինայում ժամանակավոր կառավարման ներդրման հնարավորությունը... Որպեսզի անցկացվեն ժողովրդավարական ընտրություններ, իշխանության գա ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող ունակ կառավարություն», - ասել է նա:

ՌԴ նախագահը հիշեցրել է, որ Արևելյան Թիմորում, Նոր Գվինեայում և նախկին Հարավսլավիայի որոշ մասերում ՄԱԿ-ի հովանու ներքո արտաքին կառավարման ներդրման նախադեպեր արդեն եղել են: Այնուամենայնիվ, նա նշել է, որ «սա տարբերակներից միայն մեկն է»։ «Ես չեմ ասում, որ ուրիշները չկան... Իրավիճակն արագ է փոխվում»,- հավելել է Պուտինը։

Ուկրաինայում վերջին անգամ նախագահական ընտրությունները կայացել են 2019 թվականին, 2024 թվականին քվեարկությունը չեղարկվել է ռազմական դրության պատճառով։ 2025 թվականի մարտին ԱՄՆ նախագահի հատուկ բանագնաց Սթիվեն Ուիթքոֆը հայտնել էր, որ Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունները համաձայնել են նախագահական ընտրություններ անցկացնել։ Թե ինչ պայմաններով և երբ, նա չի մանրամասնել։
