Ինչո՞ւ էր Նիկոլը երեկ նմանօրինակ ցնցումների մեջ. Արմեն Հովասափյան

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

Ինչո՞ւ էր Նիկոլը երեկ նմանօրինակ ցնցումների մեջ։ Պատասխանը հենց նրա դեմքի և պահվածքի մեջ է քողարկված։ Ի սկզբանե ասեմ, որ այն, ինչ նա բեմադրեց, ծխածածկույթ էր, իսկ Սիսակի հարցադրումը՝ հարցուպատասխանի վերջում, նախապես մշակված ռազմավարական մեթոդ, որպեսզի ընդհանուր բոլոր հարցերի ֆոնին այն իր ազդեցությունն ունենա մարդկանց ենթագիտակցության վրա և լրատվականների թոփ թեման դառնա։

Փաստացի իրականությունն այն է, որ Նիկոլը երեկ չպատասխանեց իրեն ուղղված պարզ հարցին. «Ի վերջո, ինչ է զիջում Ադրբեջանը», երբ այդքան շեշտում է, որ «համաձայնագրում գրված յուրաքանչյուր կետը վերաբերում է երկու կողմերին»։ Մեր «խիզախ զիջումների» մասին իրենց զարմանքն են արտահայտում օտարերկրյա դիվանագետները, սակայն, թե ինչ է զիջում թշնամի երկիրը, ոչ մի դրվագում չի արտացոլվում։ Այնպես որ, նիկոլական զեղումները պետք է դիտարկել հենց այս ենթատեքստում։ Մարդիկ ուշադրություն են դարձնում գոռոցներին, իսկ բուն կոնտեքստը դուրս է մնում կադրից, ինչը հենց նպատակ էր ունեցել Նիկոլը։

Ըստ էության, այն, ինչ երեկ խորհրդարանում արեց Նիկոլը, դասական պրոպագանդիստական հնարք էր, երբ բարձր գոռգոռոցներով, մարդկանց անձնական բնույթի վիրավորանքներ հասցնելով և արհեստական պոլեմիկաների մեջ ներքաշելով՝ շրջանցվում է հիմնական ասելիքը՝ թեման տեղափոխելով դեմագոգիայի տիրույթ կամ ուղղորդելով այլ դաշտ (տվյալ դեպքում՝ երեք նախագահների մասին օրակարգի հետ ոչ մի կապ չունեցող ճղճղոցներն ու հիվանդագին շարժումները)։ Ասեմ, որ այս մեթոդը կիրառվում էր դեռևս հիտլերյան Գերմանիայում և բնավ նորություն չէ, սակայն թերևս այլևս գրեթե զրոյական ազդեցություն ունի։

Չպետք է տպավորություն ստեղծվի, թե նա դա անում էր պատահական։ Բնավ։ Նա դա նախապես արդեն մշակել էր և ուներ իր ձեռքի տակ։ Իրականում նա բավական նյարդայնացած էր նաև այն առումով, որ հստակ հասկանում է՝ որքան էլ հայտարարի, թե պատրաստ է հենց հիմա ստորագրել (չնայած իր վերջին հարցազրույցում ակնարկեց, թե կատակ է անում), քաջ գիտակցում է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի պահանջներն ավելի կտրուկ հռետորաբանություն են ստանում, ինչպես տեսանք ԱԳՆ երեկվա հայտարարության մեջ։

Բացի դրանից, այստեղ առկա է նաև աշխարհաքաղաքական բաղադրիչ։ Տվյալ դեպքում խոսքը ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ունեցած բանավոր պայմանավորվածությունների մասին է։ Հենց այս համատեքստում պետք է դիտարկել ԵՄ փաստաթղթի հապճեպ երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունման փաստը։ Այս ամենը պետք է դիտարկենք ԱՄՆ-ի՝ Իրանի հետ կապված հնարավոր գործընթացների համատեքստում, քանի որ ըստ ամենայնի՝ ԱՄՆ-ի գեոպոլիտիկ շարժերը մեր տարածաշրջանում շարունակում են մնալ օրակարգային։
