Այսօր ՀՀ ԱԺ նիստերի դահլիճին կից լրագրողների համար նախատեսված օթյակում տեղի է ունեցել անընդունելի և խայտառակ միջադեպ, երբ ՊՊԾ ծառայողների կողմից ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչների հանդեպ բիրտ ուժ կիրառվեց։ Ուզում ենք հատուկ ընդգծել, որ լրագրողները ոչ մի անօրինական գործողություն չէին պատրաստվում իրականացնել, այլ միայն օրենքի և խոսքի ազատության իրենց իրավունքի շրջանակներում փորձում էին իրենց բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնել լրագրողական համայնքի թիրախավորման փաստերի դեմ։
 
Հատկանշական է, որ հենց նույն օրը ՀՀ ԱԺ ի կողմից ընդունվեց այսպես կոչված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեպի ԵՄ անդամակցելու օրենքի նախագիծը։ Այդ պատճառով հարկ ենք համարում հիշեցնել , որ այդ նույն Եվրոպայում խոսքի ազատությունը և ԶԼՄ- ների իրավունքները հանդիսանում են հիմնարար սկզբունքներ: Եվրոպական ամենաբարձր կառույցներում՝ ԵԽԽՎ-ում, Եվրախորհրդարանում պարբերաբար կարող ենք ականատես լինել նմանատիպ բողոքի ակցիաների, որոնք տեղավորվում են քաղաքակիրթ մոտեցման ու հանդուրժողականության շրջանակներում: Չի կարելի մի կողմից գոռալ ԵՄ անդամակցության մասին, իսկ մյուս կողմից ընդամենը ժամեր անց միջնադարյան բռնաճնշումների ենթարկել խոսքի ազատության իրավունքն ու ու դա իրացնող լրագրողներին: Պետք է հատուկ ընդգծել, որ այս կարգի միջադեպերը լրջորեն քայքայում են հայկական հասարակության մեջ առողջ երկխոսության և հանրային համերաշխությանը հասնելու հնարավորությունները։
 
"Կամուրջ" քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը խստորեն դատապարտում է ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների ազատ կամարտահայտությանը խոչընդոտելու և լրագրողների հանդեպ բիրտ ուժի կիրառման այս նախադեպը և հույս է հայտնում, որ այն լրջագույն քննության առարկա կդառնա:
