ԱՄՆ-ն ակտիվանո՞ւմ է Կովկասում, թե՞ ձեռքերը լվանում Հայաստանից

Երեկ հեռախոսազրույց են ունեցել Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն։ ՀՀ կառավարության փոխանցմամբ, նրանք քննարկել են Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ ռազմավարական գործընկերությանը, ինչպես նաև` տարածաշրջանային օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր։ Վարչապետը պետքարտուղարին ներկայացրել է բանակցային գործընթացները, որոնց արդյունքում համաձայնեցվեց Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագիծը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է, որ համաձայնագրի նախագիծը սպասում է ստորագրման։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Մարկո Ռուբիոն պայմանավորվել են շարունակել Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ բարձր մակարդակի շփումները։

Պաշտոնական Երևանը միտումնավոր մոռացել էր էական մեկ հանգամանքի մասին, որը, սակայն, տեղ էր գտել ամերիկյան կողմի հայտարարության մեջ։
«Պետքարտուղարը ողջունել է Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ համաձայնությունը և ընդգծել կայուն խաղաղության կարևորությունը՝ տարածաշրջանային հակամարտությունների շղթան ընդհատելու և Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգություն ու բարգավաճում ապահովելու համար: Պետքարտուղարն ու վարչապետը համակարծիք են եղել, որ Հարավային Կովկասում ցանկացած սրացում անընդունելի է», - նշված է Պետդեպի տարածած հաղորդագրությունում:

Փաստացի, Վաշինգտոնը չի հերքում ռազմական էսկալացիայի հնարավորությունը, ընդամենը մեղմիկ արձանագրում է, որ ցանկացած սրացում անընդունելի է։

Ուշագրավ է, որ ռուբիոյի հեռախոսազանգը տեղի է ունենում նույն օրը, երբ Հայաստանում ընդունել էին Իրանի ԱԳ նախարար Արաղչիին։ Մեծ հավանականությամբ, հենց իրանցի պաշտոնյայի հետ հանդիպումն ու քննարկած հարցերն են եղել Ռուբիոյի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը երեկ նաև ընդունել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանին։ «Պետքարտուղարը խնդրել է Թուրքիայի աջակցությունը Ուկրաինայում և Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության հաստատման համար»,- նշված է Պետդեպի մեկ այլ հաղորդագրությունում։

Ըստ էության, Վաշինգտոնը հաստատում է, որ տարածաշրջանում հարց լուծող է նշանակել Թուրքիային, վերջինիս էլ` խաղաղության համար պատասխանատու նշանակել։ Որքան էլ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները համոզեն, թե Արևմուտքի գործընկերն են, իրականում ՌԴ ազդեցության տակից դուրս գալով` հայտնվելու են Անկարայի ենթակայության տակ:
