Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Ազգակիցներ ջան, շատերդ ինձ քննադատում եք կամ ինձանից պահանջում եք, որ խոսելու փոխարեն պետք է գործել Հայաստանը փրկելու և անկախությունը պահպանելու համար։ Այսուհետ քայլ առ քայլ կներկայացնեմ, թե ինչպիսի գործողություններ պետք է անել։
 
 Նախ եկեք նշենք, որ քաղաքականության գլխավոր գործիքը խոսքն է, խոսքի միջոցով մենք պետք է ձևավորենք այն գաղափարախոսությունը, որի վրա պետք է կառուցենք մեր պետության անվտանգության համակարգը։
 
1-ին գործնական քայլը, որը մենք որպես ժողովուրդ պարտավորենք անել հետևյալն է․
Ժողովուրդը պետք է գիտակցի և ինքն իր համար ձևակերպի, որ Հայաստանի անկախությունը պահպանելու միակ բանաձևը հայ-ռուսական ամուր եղբայրական հարաբերություններն են։
 
 Սա սովորական խոսք չէ, սա այլնտրանք չունեցող առաջին քայլն է Հայոց պետականությունը փրկելու համար։
Հակառակ պարագայում ամեն անգամ մենք սխալ դիագնոզ ենք նշանակելու, սխալ հետևություններ ենք անելու և էլ ավելի լուրջ հարվածներ ենք հասցնելու մեր պետության անվտանգության ճարտարապետությանը։
