Արևմտամետները նոր խնդիրներ են հարուցում Փաշինյանի համար

Ազգային ժողովի Եվրաինտեգրման հանձնաժողովը դրական եզրակացություն է տվել Եվրամիության անդամակցության մեկնարկի մասին օրինագծին։ Հարցը 2-րդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկելու համար ներառվել է այսօր մեկնարկող նիստերի օրակարգում։ Մարտի 3-ի նիստում օրինագծի քվեարկությունը հետաձգվել էր, ըստ օրինագիծը ներկայացնող «Եվրաքվե»-ի ներկայացուցիչների և ԱԺ քպական պատգամավորների, ընթացակարգային խնդիրների պատճառով։ Թերևս այն ժամանակ խոսակցություններ տարածվեցին, որ իշխանությունն ինքը փորձում է հետաձգել նախագծի քննարկումը 2-րդ ընթերցմամբ, քանի որ դրա ընդունումը նոր խնդիրներ է հարուցելու հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում, մինչդեռ գործող իշխանությունները վերջին շրջանում փորձում են կարգավորել հարաբերությունները Մոսկվայի հետ, բայց այս անգամ էլ ստիպված են եղել տեղի տալ Արևմուտքի ճնշումներին և հարցը ներառել օրակարգում, ընդ որում, գրեթե վստահաբար` ՔՊ-ն ամբողջական կազմով կողմ է քվեարկելու այս նախագծին, որից հետո այն օրենքի ուժ է ստանալու։

Ինչպես և Հռոմի ստատուտի դեպքում, որն արժանացավ Ռուսաստանի բուռն դժգոհությանը, այս օրինագիծը ևս խնդիրներ է հարուցելու։ Բնական է, որ օրինագիծը ներկայացնող և դրա համար գրեթե 60 հազար ստորագրություն հավաքած «Եվրաքվե»-ի հաստիքային արևմտամետներին հարմար է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների փչացման հերթական ակտը։ Բայց արդյո՞ք դա բխում է Հայաստանի և գործող իշխանությունների շահերից։

Մինչդեռ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը պրակտիկորեն որևէ հնարավորություն չունի դեմ քվեարկելու օրինագծին, Արևմուտքի իրենց հովանավորները որևէ կերպ չեն հասկանա նման վերաբերմունքը, ուստի և Փաշինյանը գտնվում է երկու քարի արանքում, որտեղից հարվածներ է ստանալու, իսկ իրեն ու իր թիմին նա հենց ինքն է գցել նման ծանր վիճակում և ստիպված է առնվազն կատարել տվյալ պահին ավելի ուժեղ աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնի հրահանգները։
