Ձերբակալություններ, «բեսպրեդել» Ստամբուլում․ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է Թուրքիայում

Թուրքիայում շարունակվում են ցույցերը, իսկ մի քանի օր է, ինչ թուրքական ոստիկանությունը զանգվածային ձերբակալություններ է իրականացնում Ստամբուլի ձերբակալված քաղաքապետին աջակցող բողոքի ցույցերի մասնակիցների։ Մարտի 19-ի առավոտյան ոստիկանները կաշառակերության և հանցավոր խմբավորում ղեկավարելու մեղադրանքով ձերբակալել են Ստամբուլի քաղաքապետ Էքրեմ Իմամօղլուին և այլ պաշտոնյաների, թվով 90 հոգի։ 

Ստամբուլի ձերբակալված ընդդիմադիր քաղաքապետը, ինչպես նշում են տեղացիները, Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի գլխավոր մրցակիցն է, ում փրայմերիզների ավելի քան 14,8 միլիոն մասնակիցներ առաջադրել են որպես նախագահի թեկնածու։

Ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է Ստամբուլում, ո՞վ է ձերբակալված քաղաքապետը և ի՞նչ վտանգ է ներկայացնում Էրդողանի համար․ MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց Թուրքիայում հայազգի լրագրող Նաիրա Մկրտչյանի հետ։

«Իրականության մեջ երկու լրատու գործակալություններ կան Թուրքիայում՝ մեկը ըննդիմության ձայնն են, մյուսը՝ իշխանամետ։ Քաղաքացիները մարտի 19–ից ի վեր ամեն օր ցույցեր ու հանրահավաքներ են կազմակերպում։ Քաղաքապետական խորհրդում ունենք հայ տիկին էլ, առավոտյան իր հետ խոսեցի, նա նշեց, որ այսօր իր իրերը վերցրել և դուրս է եկել աշխատանքից, նա հայ համայնքն է ներկայացնում»,– նշեց Մկրտչյանը։

Թուրքիայի քաղաքական զարգացումների մասով՝ հայազգի լրագրողը նշում է, որ չգիտեն ինչ ընթացք կլինի, սակայն, նախագահական ընտրությունները տեղի են ունենալու 2027թ–ին, իսկ տեղական՝ 2029թ–ին։ Մկրտչյանն ասաց, որ արտահերթ ընտրություններ ոչ մեկ դեռ չի նախատեսնում, և քաղաքական օրակարգ չկա, սակայն ընդդիմադիր ուժերը պահանջում են արտահերթ ընտրություններ։

«Իշխանություններն էլ, հավատացեք, շատ զուսպ են, միայն նախագահն է խոսում, և ասում է, որ սրանք լուսանցքային խմբակներ են, իսկ շարժումն էլ պիտի մարի։ Իսկ ձերբակալված քաղաքապետը՝ Էքրեմ Իմամօղլուին, այո, ցանկանում էր առաջադրվել նախագահի թեկնածու, և հիմնականում իր աջակցության համար են այս ցույցերը։ Այս նախնական ընտրությունների օրը հայտնի էր դեռ երկու կամ երեք ամիս առաջ, չնայած, որ ձերբակալեցին քաղաքապետին, անհամեմատ մեծ բազմություն գնաց ընտրություններին, 15 մլն մարդ քվեարկել էր իր համար»,– ասաց Մկրտչյանը։

Ստամբուլի իշխող կառավարությունը հայ համայնքի համար, ինչպես նշում է հայազգի լրագրողը, շատ լավ իշխանություն է, հայ համայնքը ոսկեդար ապրեց, եթե նայենք հայ համայնքին՝ որպես փոքրամասնության։

«Այս վերջին տարիների ընթացքում հայ համայնքի հանդեպ ընդհանուր տրամադրությունը շատ է փոխվել, շատ իրավունքներ են մեզ վերադարձվել։ Բողոքի ակցիաները օր-օրի ավելի են շատանում, և բացի Ստամբուլից նաև այլ քաղաքներում, սակայն, չգիտենք՝ ի՞նչ է լինելու»,– եզրափակեց լրագրողը։

Նշենք, որ Ստամբուլի նահանգային իշխանությունները սահմանափակել են մուտքն ու ելքը՝ քաղաքում շարունակվող բողոքի ակցիաների պատճառով։
