«Եվրադաշինքից» փոխվարչապետ չեն նշանակի

Գյումրիի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններն աչքի են ընկնում գործող իշխանության և նրա թեկնածուի հասցեին բուռն քննադատությամբ։ Ընդ որում, շատերի համար խիստ տարակուսելի է, որ այսպես կոչված «Եվրադաշինքը»՝ բաղկացած հաստիքային արևմտամետներից, շատ ավելի կոշտ է քննադատում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը, քան մյուս, առավել արմատական ընդդիմադիրները։

Առաջին հայացքից, արևմտամետների այս քայլը բացատրվում է ընդդիմադիր հռետորաբանությամբ ձայներ խլելու, այն գործող իշխանություններին ծառայեցնելու վարկածով, բայց իրականում արևմտամետները խիստ կատաղած են Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմի ռուսական ռևերանսներից, իրենց կարծիքով՝ Արևմուտքին գցելու փորձերից։

Բանն այն է, որ «Եվրաքվեի» նախագծի՝ երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ հետաձգումն անակնկալ է եղել արևմտամետների համար։ Նրանք ակնկալում էին, որ նախագիծն ընդունելուց հետո Փաշինյանը կկատարի իր խոստումը, նոր, առաջին փոխվարչապետ կնշանակի, որն էլ կզբաղվի դեպի Եվրոպա սլացքը սահուն կազմակերպելու գործընթացը՝ դրանից բխող ֆինանսական և քաղաքական դիվիդենտներով։ Փաշինյանը, սակայն, որևէ մտադրություն չունի Արևմուտք գնալու, որևէ արևմտամետի էլ փոխվարչապետ նշանակելու։

Ընդհակառակը, պարզորոշ հասկացրել են, որ հնարավորինս ձգձգելու են «Եվրաքվեի» քննարկումը, ոչ Արամ Սարգսյանին, ոչ էլ Արման Բաբաջանյանին պաշտոն չեն տալու։ Եվ դա է պատճառը, որ Գյումրիում ՔՊ-ն հայտնվել է իր երբեմնի սպասարկուների թիրախում։ Երևանի ավագանիում իրավիճակն այլ է, եթե «Հանրապետությունը» լքի կոալիցիան, ապա քաղաքի կառավարումը կտապալվի, ուստի դեռևս սպասում են։
