Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամով երկրի խորհրդարանի կայքում հոդված է հեղինակել, որտեղ հերթական անգամ կեղծ մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցրել Հայաստանի հասցեին։ Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում ամենալուրջ խոչընդոտը Հայաստանում ռևանշիստական միտումներն են։

«Չնայած Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի շուրջ երկկողմ բանակցությունների շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված առաջընթացին, Հայաստանում շարունակվող ռևանշիզմի միտումը, Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներ պարունակող Սահմանադրության և այլ նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի դրույթների փոփոխության ուղղությամբ քաղաքական կամքի բացակայությունը, ինչպես նաև արտաքին ուժերի անմիջական աջակցությամբ Հայաստանի սրընթաց սպառազինումը շարունակում են հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի վերջնականացման համար ամենալուրջ խոչընդոտները մնալ»,-ասվում է հոդվածում:
