Բաքվին ամենաճիշտ պատասխանը․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է․ 

Նիկոլն իջեցրել է Հայաստանի նշաձողը և պետությունից ստացել  փախստականների մեծ՝ 2.8 մլն-անոց ճամբար՝ տիրող բարքերով, կանոններով ու ապրողների հոգեբանությամբ։ Կա իներցիոն կյանք, կա ադմինիստրացիա և հակաադմինիստրացիա, բայց դրանք էլ արդեն պետության իշխանություն ու ընդդիմություն չեն։ Չկա ամենակարևորը՝ տրամաբանություն և երկարատև հեռանկարի զգացում։
 
«Խաղաղության պայմանագիր» ու՞մ միջև
 
Ադրբեջանի պետության և «փախստականների ճամբարի» միջև ի՞նչ հաշտություն. նման բան չի լինում։ էսօրվա անմիտ Հայաստանի հետ ի՞նչ հաշտություն։ Արդյոք ժողովուրդը հասկացե՞լ է, որ սա 2021-ի իր ընտրության հետևանքն է։
Իսկ արդյոք ժողովուրդը կհարցնի՞, թե երբ Ալիևն առաջարկում էր Լաչինի ճանապարհի ու Զանգեզուրի ճանապարհի հավասար կարգավիճակներ, Նիկոլն ինչո´ւ չհամաձայնեց, երբ կար Արցախ։
Իսկ արդյոք ունե՞նք այն քաղաքական վերնախավը, որն այս ամենը կբացատրեր սեփական ժողովրդին։ Ցավոք, չունենք։
Հայաստանում ոչ միայն գրագետ միտք ու գրագետ հաշվարկի խոր ճգնաժամ է, այլև՝ գրագետ մարդիկ են վերածվում այլ բանի։ Երկրի ինտելեկտուալ պոտենցիալն իջեցվել է գյուղամեջի խոսակցության մակարդակի։ Կուսակցությունների մեծ մասը  ու բազմապիսի առաջնորդների ճնշող մասը ճիշտ կանեն այս փուլում լռեն, որովհետև միևնույն է չեն կարողանալու ճիշտ արձագանքել երեկվանից նոր ստեղծված իրականությանը։ Որքան էլ տարօրինակ թվա, արձանագրված և սպասվող ազգային խայտառակությունից մեր փրկությունը Գյումրիում է։
 
«Մերժում ենք Նիկոլին, մերժում ենք ՔՊ-ին, բայց ընտրում ենք «մեր Սարիկին»
 
Գյումրիում մի սպանիչ ձևակերպում կա. «Մենք Նիկոլին չենք քվեարկում, մենք ՔՊ-ին չենք քվեարկում, մենք մեր Սարիկին ենք ձայն տալիս»։
Տգեղ ինքնախաբեություն է, պետական մտածողության զրոյականություն։ Ունենք 15 օր՝ բացատրելու գյումրեցուն, որ «իրենց Սարիկի» շեֆը ամենամոտ ապագայում իրենց բոլորին տանելու է մեծ փորձության կամ փորձանքի։
Գյումրիում Նիկոլի հաղթանակի դեպքում Ադրբեջանը կտրուկ կոշտացնելու է իր դիրքորոշումը, դնելու է նոր այլանդակ պահանջներ՝  համարելով, որ սա կոտրված, անարժապատիվ հասարակություն է՝ ամեն ինչի համակերպվող։ Եթե Գյումրիում Նիկոլը պարտվի, դա կլինի ուղերձ Ադրբեջանին, ուղերձ՝ աշխարհին, որ մենք որպես ժողովուրդ, որպես հասարակություն, որպես պետություն գոյություն ունենք՝ որպես պետություն, որն ուզում է և արժանի է իրական, արժանապատիվ խաղաղության։
 
Հայաստանի ճիշտ արձագանքի քայլերը.
 
1.    Գյումրիում մերժել Նիկոլին
2.    Ամենուր՝ ամբողջ Հայաստանով,  կենցաղային մակարդակում մերժել Նիկոլին
3.    Հստակ ուղերձներ անել աշխարհին, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք խաղաղության, սակայն, ՌԴ նախագահի երեկվա խոսքից օգտվելով, «կան նյուանսներ»։
Մեր քաղաքական մտքի հասունությունը և ապագա իշխանության բովանդակությունը պետք է լինի ոչ թե պարզապես սուր ճոճելը, (չեղած սուրը) այլ  իրական դեէսկալացիայի տանող խաղաղության բանաձև գտնելը և հասարակությանն առաջարկելը։
