«Մարտի 6-ին, ժամը 06։35-ին, ապօրինի թմրանյութ ձեռք բերելու, պահելու և իրացնելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով, Երևանի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ձերբակալվել և իր վարած «Հոնդա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով հանդերձ Արաբկիրի բաժին է տեղափոխվել Նորք-Մարաշի բնակիչ 34-ամյա մի կին:

Անձնական խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է կպչուն ժապավենով փաթեթավորված սպիտակ բյուրեղանման` մեթամֆետամին տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգված, որի ընդհանուր քաշը 125 գրամ էր:

Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում շարունակելով իրացնել օպերատիվ տվյալները` նույն օրը, ժամը 13։55-ին, մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով Հայաստան ապօրինի թմրամիջոց տեղափոխելու, պահելու և իրացնելու կասկածանքով, մայրաքաղաքի Կոմիտասի պողոտայում, բնակության վայրի մոտ, իրավապահները ձերբակալել և ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին են տեղափոխել 45-ամյա մի օտարերկրացու:

Անձնական խուզարկությամբ նրա ձեռքի պայուսակում հայտնաբերվել է մեթամֆետամինի նմանվող 2,36 գրամ զանգվածով փաթեթ, «Մեթադոն» տեսակի 25 դեղահաբ և բյուրեղանման հետքերով ապակյա երկու գլանակ:

Երկուսն էլ ձերբակալվել են։

Դատարանի որոշմամբ խուզարկություն է կատարվել 34-ամյա կնոջ բնակության վայրում. հայտնաբերվել է 21,3 գրամ մեթամֆետամին տեսակի թմրամիջոց, ապակյա հինգ գլանակ և լիրիկա տեսակի հոգեմետ 12 դեղահաբ»։
