«Մենք կտապալենք Հայաստանի դավաճան իշխանություններին, և դուք խոսելու եք մեզ հետ». Արշակ Կարապետյանը՝ Իլհամ Ալիևին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անընդհատ Հայաստանին ու հայ ժողովրդին սպառնալը, անընդհատ Հայաստանի վրա հարձակվելն, ի վերջո, կբերի Ադրբեջանի պետականության կորստի: Նման տեսակետ է արտահայտում Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը:

«Կարծում եմ՝ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը գրագետ մարդ է և հասկանում է՝ ինչ եմ ասում: Որպես զինվորական ասում եմ՝ չի կարելի թերագնահատել հայերին: Մենք կտապալենք Հայաստանի դավաճան իշխանություններին, և դուք խոսելու եք մեզ հետ: Ոչ ոք երբեք չի կարող ոչնչացնել Հայաստանը: Տեսականորեն գուցե մի երկու կիլոմետր էլ զավթեք, բայց այդ ամենը ժամանակավոր է, որովհետև ամեն ինչ իր տեղը կընկնի, հայերը կվերադառնան իրենց պատմական տարածքներ, ի մասնավորի՝ Արցախ»,-իր «Բնագիծ» հաղորդաշարի հերթական թողարկման ժամանակ ասել է Կարապետյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից վերջին շրջանում նորից ակտիվ շրջանառվում են «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան», «Արևմտյան Զանգեզուր» արտահայտությունները, այն, թե իբր խորհրդային իշխանությունն է Զանգեզուրը տվել Հայաստանին:

Ըստ Կարապետյանի, դա արվում է ինքնիշխան Հայաստանի տարածք ռազմական ներխուժման «հիմքեր» ստեղծելու համար՝ օգտվելով նրանից, որ Հայաստանի իշխանության ղեկին են դիլետանտ, վախկոտ ու անգրագետ մարդիկ: «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավարը նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է պատմություն հորինել: Կարապետյանը մանրամասն ներկայացնում է Ադրբեջանի ստեղծման պատմությունը՝ նշելով, որ մինչև 1918 թվականն այդ անունով պետություն պարզապես չի եղել, ուր մնաց, թե որևէ այլ տարածք լիներ ադրբեջանական, և Ադրբեջան բառը վերաբերել է բացառապես Արաքսից հարավ ընկած տարածքին: Ավելին, քանի որ ներկայիս Ադրբեջանը մինչև այդ թվականը պետականություն չի ունեցել ու, բնականաբար, պետականության փորձառություն չի ունեցել, նույնիսկ 1920 թվականին, երբ խորհրդային կարգեր հաստատվեցին նորաստեղծ Ադրբեջանում, բոլշևիկները չէին կարողանում գտնել գեթ մեկ ադրբեջանցի, որը ունակ կլիներ ղեկավարել Ադրբեջանի կոմկուսի կենտկոմը: Սկզբից Ադրբեջանի կոմկուսի կենտկոմի նախագահության նախագահ է նշանակվել Միրզա Հուսեյնովը, սակայն ընդամենը երեք ամիս անց ազատվել է աշխատանքից: 1920 թվականի ընթացքում այդ պաշտոնին են եղել վրացի Վիկտոր Նանեիշվիլին, հրեա Ելենա Ստասովան, վրացի Վլադիմիր Դումբաձեն: 1921-33 թվականներին Ադրբեջանը ղեկավարել են ազգությամբ ռուս Սերգեյ Կիրովը, ազգությամբ հայ Լևոն Միրզոյանը, հրեա Վլադիմիր Պոլոնսկին, դարձյալ հայ Ռուբեն Ռուբենովը:

Ամփոփելով՝ Կարապետյանը նշում է, որ, անկախ այս ամենից, մենք պետք է հաշվի նստենք իրականության հետ, ադրբեջանական ժողովրդի ներկայիս գոյության հետ (քանի տարվա պատմություն էլ այն ունենա), բայց ոչ երբեք Հայաստանի ու հայ ժողովրդի շահերի հաշվին, ոչ երբեք անվերջանալի սպառնալիքները կուլ տալու և անվերջանալի զիջումների հաշվին:
