Երկքաղաքացիներին ազգային վարորդական վկայական կտրամադրվի պարզեցված ընթացակարգով

Մարտի 6-ին Կառավարությունն ընդունել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի մարտի 26-ի N 385-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» որոշումը։

Հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից։

Որոշմամբ սահմանվում է, որ 1968 թվականի «Ճանապարհային երթևեկության մասին» կոնվենցիայի պահանջներին համապատասխանող այլ պետություններում ստացած վարորդական վկայականների հիման վրա Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության երկքաղաքացի հանդիսացող քաղաքացուն կտրվի ազգային վարորդական վկայական՝ առանց որակավորման քննություններ հանձնելու (տեսական և գործնական): Ընդ որում, նոր վկայականը տրվելու է առանց մյուս վկայականը վերցնելու։

Այս ընթացակարգի շրջանակում՝

1․ քաղաքացին պետք է ներկայացնի այլ պետություններում ստացած վարորդական վկայականների պատճենը, ցանկի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով նախատեսված փաստաթղթերը, այդ թվում՝ անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, պետական տուրքի վճարման անդորրագիր։

2․ Կատարվում է ստուգում՝ քաղաքացու թմրաբանական կամ հոգեբուժական բժշկական հաստատություններում և տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքից զրկված անձանց ցանկում հաշվառված չլինելու, սույն կարգի 8-րդ կետով նախատեսված (բժշկական) այլ հիմքերի բացակայության, ինչպես նաև այլ պետություններում ստացած վարորդական վկայականի վավերականության վերաբերյալ։

Նշված ընթացակարգերն ավարտելուց հետո քաղաքացին լուսանկարվում է համակարգչային տեխնիկայի միջոցով և մեկ աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում նրան տրամադրվում է ազգային վարորդական վկայական։

Այս բարեփոխումները միտված են հանրային անվտանգության ամրապնդմանը և անվտանգային մշակույթի զարգացմանը՝ ապահովելով վարորդական վկայականների տրամադրման առավել պարզեցված և արդյունավետ գործընթաց։
