Ինչո՞ւ է հեռանում Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը

Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը կազատվի պաշտոնից՝ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն։ Կառավարությունը հաստատել է մամուլում տարածված տեղեկությունները, պնդել, թե նման պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ամիսներ առաջ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, վարչապետի աշխատակազմից հերքում են Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի աշխատակիցների զանգվածային հեռացումը, պնդում են՝ մեկ-երկու աշխատակից է դիմում գրել։

Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանն էր ներկայացնում Բաքվի դեմ Երևանի հայցերը Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական և ՄԱԿ-ի արդարադատության դատարաններում: Նա այս պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում է 2018 թվականից: Կիրակոսյանի հեռացման մասին լուրերը վաղուց են շրջանառվում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի հերքել, որ Երևանը կողմ է միջազգային գանգատներն ու հայցերը հետ կանչելու հնարավորությունը։ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի չհամաձայնեցված կետերից մեկն էլ հենց հայցերի հետքաշումն է։

Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալուց հետո հնարավորություններ կային Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը պատասխանատվության կանչելու հարցում։ Իշխանությունը վիճահարույց այդ ստատուտին միանալը հենց դրանով էլ բացատրում էր, պնդում, որ դա ուղղված չէ Ռուսաստանի դեմ, այլ լրացուցիչ հնարավորություն է Ադրբեջանի դեմ հայցեր ներկայացնելու։ Այնուհետ, ՀՀ-ն ոչ միայն ՄՔԴ հայց չներկայացրեց, այլև Փաշինյանը դեմ չէ հայցերը հետ կանչելուն։

Իհարկե, Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը պարտավոր է բացատրել, թե ինչու է ազատվում պաշտոնից, հանգամանալից պետք է ներկայացնի՝ արդյո՞ք դա կապված է հայցերը հետ կանչելու որոշման հետ, թե՞ ոչ։ Այլապես զուտ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն հեռանալու ձևակերպումը տպավորություն է ստեղծում, որ փախչում է պատասխանատվությունից։ Որևէ իրավաբան չի ցանկանա ձախողվել դատական ատյաններում, և հայցերի հետկանչը հենց իր՝ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանի ձախողումն է։ Կամ նա պիտի հստակ ներկայացնի Փաշինյանի հետ իր տարաձայնությունների պատճառները, կամ էլ անգամ փախուստը չի ազատելու Հայաստանի դեմ դավադրությանը մասնակից լինելու հանցանքից։
