Մարզկենտրոն Կապանում բացվեց Սենթ Էթիենի անվան ֆրանկոֆոն կենտրոն

Կապան համայնքի ղեկավար Գևորգ Փարսյանի նախաձեռնությամբ մարտի 3-ին պաշտոնապես իր դռներն է բացել Սենթ Էթիենի անվան ֆրանկոֆոն կենտրոնը։ Կապան-Սենթ Էթիեն քաղաքների միջև բարեկամական հարաբերությունների հաստատման առաջին գործնական քայլն արված է։

Միջոցառմանը իրենց ներկայությամբ պատվել էին պաշտոնական այցով Կապանում գտնվող Սենթ Էթիենի քաղաքապետ Գաել Պերդրիոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը, ԱԺ պատգամավորներ, Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատան, Սյունիքի մարզպետի աշխատակազմի, ԶՊՄ կոմբինատի ներկայացուցիչներ, Կապան համայնքի ավագանու անդամներ, հյուրեր։

«Մեզ՝ հայերիս համար Ֆրանսիան, իհարկե, մի երկիր է, որի հանդեպ մենք առանձնահատուկ ջերմ զգացումներ ունենք: Ինչպես արդեն բազմիցս նշվել է, հայերը ֆրանսիացիների հետ կապված են պատմության խորքից եկող բարեկամությամբ, որը հիմնված է համընդհանուր արժեքների, փոխադարձ հարգանքի և վստահության վրա։ Այսօր ուրախությամբ եմ արձանագրում, որ այդ հարաբերությունները չեն սահմանափակվել միայն պետական մակարդակով, այլ դրսևորվել են նաև մեր համայնքների միջև համագործակցությամբ, որը մեզ համար չափազանց արժեքավոր է»,- իր ելույթում ասել է Գևորգ Փարսյանը։

Հատկապես ընդգծելով կենտրոնի կարևորությունը, համայնքի ղեկավարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ այն իր գործունեությամբ խթանելու է ֆրանսերեն լեզվի ուսուցումն ու տարածումը և կապանցի երեխաները, այդ թվում՝ երիտասարդներն ու մեծահասակ ընթերցողները հնարավորություն են ունենալու հաղորդակից լինելու ֆրանսիական հարուստ գրականությանն ու բարձրաճաշակ մշակույթին:

Շնորհավորական խոսքով դիմելով ներկաներին` Գաել Պերդրիոն, մասնավորապես, ասել է․ «Թող այս կենտրոնը դառնա նոր հնարավորությունների, շփման և առաջընթացի վայր։ Թող այն լինի մեր բարեկամության արտահայտությունը, մի կամուրջ, որը կապում է մեր պատմություններն ու մեր ապագան։

Եվ ինչպես մի հայտնի երգում է ասվում, որին համայնքի ղեկավարն արդեն քաջատեղյակ է. «Սենտ-Էթիենից մինչև Կապան մեզ ոչինչ չի բաժանի, ձեռք ձեռքի տված մենք կգնանք ավելի հեռու, հեռու»։

Հյուրերին ֆրանսերեն երգով ու ասմունքով ողջունել են նաև Ձագիկավանի միջնակարգ դպրոցի աշակերտները՝ ուսուցչուհի Արփինե Զեյնալյանի ղեկավարությամբ։ Այնուհետև հյուրերը շրջել են կենտրոնում, ծանոթացել ստեղծված պայմաններին և մատուցվող ծառայություններին։

Այս նշանակալի օրը սկիզբ է դրվել ևս մեկ համագործակցության՝ Կապանի ակումբագրադարանային միավորման և հայ համայնքի Alliance Franco-Armenienne de la Loire ասսոցիացայի միջև, որն ամրագրվել է հուշագրի ստորագրմամբ։

Նշենք, որ Սենթ Էթիենի անվան ֆրանկոֆոն կենտրոնը նորոգվել է 2023 թվականի սուբվենցիոն ծրագրի շրջանակում՝ համայնք-կառավարություն համաֆինանսավորմամբ, իսկ գույքի ձեռքբերման հարցում համայնքին աջակեցել է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը։
