Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Մենք հասել ենք մի կետի, որ բոլորս խորապես վստահ ենք, որ առանց փողի, առանց անձնական շահախնդրության, ոչ ոք չի փորձի կամ չի կարող փրկել Հայաստանը, խոսել ժողովրդի հոգսերից և մեծ հաշվով փորձել լուծել Հայաստանի անվտանգության խնդիրը։
 
Սա շատ տխուր հանգրվան է, այսպես մտածել չի կարելի։
 
Տեղյակ եմ, որ մի մասը ինձ մեղադրում է քոչարյանական լինելու, մյուս մասը՝ նիկոլական լինելու, մյուս մասը՝ սերժական լինելու, մի մասը՝ պրոռուսական լինելու, մի մասը՝ հակառուսական լինելու, և շատ քչերն են ուղղակի հավատում, որ ես, որպես հայ մարդ, կարող եմ լինել հանուն Հայաստանի և կապված չլինել որևէ քաղաքական ուժի կամ անհատի հետ՝ որևէ մեկից փող չստանալով և փողի ակնկալիք չունենալով, ուղղակի ունենալ նպատակ ծառայելու սեփական պետությանն ու ժողովրդին։
 
Հայեր, մենք չենք կարող բոլորին սևացնելով, բոլորին ծախված համարելով փրկել Հայաստանը։ Մենք պետք է մեր մեջ ուժ գտնենք և կարողանանք ձևակերպել,
որ փողից ավելի թանկ դա Հայաստանն է,
որ իշխանության ձգտումից ավելի թանկ դա Հայաստանն է,
որ նույնիսկ մեր անձնական կյանքից ավելի թանկ դա Հայաստանն է։
 
Միայն այս մտածողությունը կարող է մեզ բոլորիս հասցնել դրական արդյունքի, այլ ոչ՝ հակառակը։
