Ձմռան շեմին գյուղերն աթարի հույսին են. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սյունիքի մարզի Շաքի համայնքը գազաֆիկացված է, խողովակներն անցնում են բնակիչների տների մոտով, բայց նրանք չեն օգտվում կապույտ վառելիքից: Համայնքի բնակիչները «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշեցին, որ այս տարի ևս բնակարանները գազով չեն տաքացնի:

Ջեռուցման հարցում նրանց օգնության է հասնում աթարը: Շաքիում հիմնականում անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվում, գոմաղբից ստացած աթարն էլ որպես վառելիք օգտագործում:

«Գազը պատուհանի տակով անցնում է, բայց մենք աթար ենք վառում: Ժողովուրդը սաղ ձմեռ էդ աթարով է տունը տաքացնում»,– սրտնեղեցին Շաքիի բնակիչները:

Համայնքի մոտ 5%–ն է միայն գազով տները ջեռուցում, բայց այն էլ՝ մի քանի օրով: Հետո նորից անցնում են աթարին: Շաքիում բնակիչների մեծ մասը ֆինանսական ծանր վիճակում է: Գյուղացիներն աշխատանք չունեն: Ապրուստի միջոցն այստեղ գյուղատնտեսությունից և արտագնա աշխատանքից է գոյանում: Փայտ ու հոսանք էլ շատերը օգտագործելու հնարավորություն չունեն:

«Գազը, լույսը շատ թանկ է: Չենք կարող գազով տուն տաքացնել, ամսական ավելի քան 60 հազար դրամ կարժենա, նման ճոխություն թույլ տալ չենք կարող: Ինչո՞վ վառենք, գոնե պանիրն էլ չի վաճառվում, որ գազին փող կարողանանք տալ»,–ասացին նրանք:

Ձմռանն ընդառաջ գյուղացիների հոսգերը չի տարբերվում նաև Արարատի մարզում: Այստեղ համայնքների մեծ մասը գազաֆիկացված է, բայց բնակիչները հույսներ դրա հետ չեն կապում:

«Այգում ծառեր կան, դա ենք կտրում ու մի քիչ էլ փայտ պետք է առնենք, որ կարողանանք յոլա գնալ: Տանը մշտական աշխատանք ունեցող չկա, որ ես գազ վառեմ, չեմ կարող ամեն ամսվա գումարը վճարել»,– ասաց Հայանիստ համայնքի բնակչուհին:

Նրանք դժգոհեցին, որ ցածր եկամուտներով հազիվ կարողանում են սննդամթերքի հարցը լուծել, ուր մնաց՝ ջեռուցման:
