Շիրակում թմրանյութ ապօրինի պահելու և իրացնելու դեպքեր են բացահայտվել (տեսանյութ)

Քրեական ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ գյումրեցի 50-ամյա մի տղամարդ աշխատավայրում ապօրինի պահում է թմրամիջոց: Հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:

Փետրվարի 21-ին տեղեկությունը ստուգվեց: Տղամարդը ձերբակալվեց և տեղափոխվեց վարչություն, որտեղ նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեց մոխրացած հետքերով կաթուցիչ: Տղամարդն ընդունեց, որ կաթուցիչով օգտագործել է մարիխուանա:
Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում նրա աշխատասենյակում կատարված զննության ժամանակ հայտնաբերվեց ապակյա տարա` լցված մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգվածով:
Նման մի տեղեկություն էլ Շիրակի քրեական ոստիկաններն իրացրին փետրվարի 25-ին: Թմրանյութ ապօրինի պահելու կասկածանքով Գյումրիի Մազմանյան փողոցի իր տան դիմաց ձերբակալվեց 59-ամյա տղամարդ: Վարչությունում կատարված խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվեց կիսով չափ լցված կաթուցիչ: Նա հայտնեց, որ կաթուցիչում մարիխուանա է, ու հավելեց, որ տանն ունի մարիխուանա և խիմկա տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ, որոնք պատրաստ է ներկայացնել:

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ թմրամիջոցները հայտնաբերվել են:

Հաջորդ նմանատիպ տեղեկությունը քրեական ոստիկաններն իրացրին հաջորդ օրը` փետրվարի 26-ին: Գյումրիի Շիրազի փողոցում նույն կասկածանքով ձերբակալվեց և վարչություն տեղափոխվեց 60-ամյա տղամարդ: Անձնական խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվեց “Մեթադոնային լուծույթ” գրառմամբ տարա և դեղնականաչավուն զանգված:

Հետագա միջոցառումներով պարզվեց, որ մեթադոնը նույն օրը նրան իրացրել է 55-ամյա մեկ այլ գյումրեցի: Վերջինս ձերբակալվեց: Նրա խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեց մեթադոնային լուծույթով հինգ տարա:
