Բանակցության կարևորությունը․ ի՞նչ կարող են փոխել անձնական հարաբերություններն ազգային արժանապատվության հարցերում

Օրեր շարունակ հայ հասարակության քննարկման թեմաներից մեկը Բելառուսում ազգությամբ հայ բլոգեր Բելլա Բաբախանյանի ձերբակալման մասին լուրն էր։ Ոչ պաշտոնական աղբյուրները հայտնում էին, որ նրան Բաքվին հանձնելու վտանգ է սպառնում, ինչն էլ մտահոգում էր հայ հասարակությանը։ Այս և այլ տեղեկությունների տարածմանը զուգահեռ ՀՀ պետական կառույցներից որևէ մեկնաբանություն չհնչեց, և հետևաբար, որևէ քայլ չէր արվել ազգությամբ հայի ճակատագրով հետաքրքրվելու համար։  

Այստեղ ենթադրելի է, որ պետական կառույցներն էլ են կաշկանդված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններից, ըստ որոնց՝ նա հրաժարվել է մեկնել Բելառուս, քանի դեռ այդ երկրի նախագահը Լուկաշենկոն է։ Եվ, բնականաբար, դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններն ուղիղ ազդեցություն են ունենում քաղաքացիների վրա, իսկ անձնական հարցերը վեր դասել քաղաքացու շահերից պետականամետ մտածելակերպ չէ։

Այսպիսով, Բելլա Բաբախանյանի խնդիրների վերաբերյալ պետությունը լուռ էր։

Բելլա Բաբախանյանի պարագայում ոմանք անգամ գրում էին, որ այդ հարցը կարող է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը լուծել՝ անձնական կապերի և իր ազդեցիկ լինելու հաշվին։

Երեկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոսնակ Իվետա Տոնոյանը տեղեկություն հայտնեց, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր պարտքն է համարել օգտագործել բոլոր հնարավոր ու հասանելի եղանակները, դիվանագիտական ուղիները, անձնական և մարդկային բոլոր կապերը` իրավիճակը հասկանալու, ռիսկերը ճիշտ գնահատելու, տեղում իրավական և այլ աջակցություն կազմակերպելու համար։ Այլ մանրամասներ չէին հայտնում, նկատի ունենալով թեմայի նրբությունը։ Կից նաև լուսանկար էր հրապարակվել՝ հասարակության անհանգստությունը փարատելու համար։  

Այս քայլը կարևոր դիտանկյուններ ունի․ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը վտանգվել է, Հայաստանից դուրս մենք այլևս նախկինի պես համախմբված և ուժեղ չենք, բացարձակ հպարտ չենք, պետությունն էլ տարանջատումներ է դնում՝ ով է հայը, որտեղից է, և այլն։  Այդ պատճառով խնդիրների մեջ հայտնվող հայերն իրենց միայնակ են զգում, որովհետև, ինչպես այս դեպքում է, պետությունը չի գործում։  

Բելլա Բաբախանյանին աջակցությունը չափազանց կարևոր էր ազգային արժանապատվության տեսակետից, և իհարկե, նրան օգնելու տեսակետից։ Օտարերկրացիները պետք է իմանան, որ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր հայերին միայնակ չեն թողնում, մտահոգվում են նրանց ճակատագրով և աջակցություն են ցուցաբերում։  Հարցի մյուս և շատ կարևոր կողմն էլ կա․ դրսում հայերը չեն վախենա խոսել, գործել, բարձրաձայնել ազգային՝ Արցախին վերաբերող հարցերի մասին, ինչն անում է հայ բլոգերը։  

Բայց, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի այս քայլն ասպարեզ է բերել մեկ այլ համեմատություն ևս․ ցանկության, դիվանագիտական ու անձնական կապերի հաշվին կարելի է փոխել նաև Բաքվում գտնվող հայերի ճակատագրերը։  Բացարձակ զուգահեռներ չտանելով Բելլա Բաբախանյանի և Բաքվում պահվող պատանդների կարգավիճակների միջև, պետք է նշել, որ իզուր չեն այդ հույսներն ու խոսակցությունները, որ կարելի է վստահելի, հմուտ ու բազմակողմանի բանակցություններով հասնել արդյունքի այս բարդ հարցում ևս։
