Չինաստանում չղջիկների մոտ կորոնավիրուսի նոր տեսակ են հայտնաբերել

Չինացի վիրուսաբանները հայտնաբերել են չղջիկների նոր կորոնավիրուս, որը կարող է մարդկանց վարակել այն նույն ճանապարհով, ինչ COVID-19-ը։ South China Morning Post թերթը հաղորդել է, որ այդ վիրուսը HKU5 կորոնավիրուսի նոր գիծն է, որն առաջին անգամ հայտնաբերվել է ճապոնական մեծաչղջիկի մոտ Հոնկոնգում:

Հրատարակությունը նշում է, որ հետազոտությունը կատարվել է Գուանչժոուի լաբորատորիայում՝ Գուանչժոուում Չինաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի բաժանմունքի, ինչպես նաև Ուհանի համալսարանի և Ուհանի վիրուսաբանության ինստիտուտի մասնագետների հետ համատեղ։ Աշխատանքը ղեկավարել է չինացի հայտնի վիրուսաբան Շի Չժենլին։

«Մենք հայտնում ենք HKU5-CoV-ի առանձին գծի (2-րդ գծի) հայտնաբերման և առանձնացման մասին, որը կարող է օգտագործել ոչ միայն չղջիկի ACE2-ը (խմբ.՝ մեմբրանային սպիտակուցը), այլև մարդու ACE2-ը և կաթնասունների ACE2-ի զանազան օրթոլոգներ (խմբ.՝ գեներ, որոնք հայտնաբերվել են ընդհանուր ծագմամբ տարբեր տեսակների մոտ)», – մեջբերում է հրատարակությունը վիրուսաբանների հայտարարությունից։

Հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ չղջիկների նմուշներից անջատված վիրուսը կարող է ախտահարել մարդու բջիջները։

«Չղջիկների մերբեկովիրուսները ներկայացնում են մարդկանց մեջ տարածվելու մեծ վտանգ ուղղակի փոխանցման կամ միջանկյալ կրողների միջոցով», – զգուշացնում են նրանք:

Շի Չժենլիի թիմը նշում է, որ նոր վիրուսը, որն ստացել է HKU5-CoV-2 անվանումը, «կարող է ունենալ ավելի լայն շրջանակի կրողներ և միջտեսակային վարակման ավելի մեծ ներուժ»: Այդուհանդերձ, վիրուսաբաններն ասում են, որ առայժմ խուճապի մատնվելու պատճառներ չկան, քանի որ «մարդկային պոպուլյացիաներում HKU5-CoV-2-ի հայտնվելու վտանգը հարկ չկա չափազանցնել»։ Սակայն չինացի մասնագետները վստահ են, որ պահանջվում է «ավելի մանրակրկիտ հետազոտություն»:
