«Վեոլիա ջրի» հայտում բացթողումներ չկան. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս տարվա օգոստոսին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հայաստանի ջրամատակարարման օպերատոր «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությունը դիմել է Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով՝ ջրի սակագները բարձրացնելու խնդրանքով: Ներկայում 1 խմ ջուրն արժե 180 դրամ: Ընկերությունն առաջարկում է այն հասցնել 194,3 դրամի: Ընկերությունը հայտը ՀԾԿՀ է ներկայացրել օգոստոսի 3–ին:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ նշվածից որոշակի ժամանակահատված է անցել, «Փաստ»–ը ՀԾԿՀ–ից փորձեց պարզել՝ հանձնաժողովն ի՞նչ ընթացք է տվել ընկերության հայտին:

«Մեզ մոտ մոնիթորինգի ձևով ուսումնասիրություն է կատարվում: Բացի ՀԾԿՀ–ի և «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության աշխատակիցներից, այդ մոնիթորինգներին մասնակցում են նաև հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ»,–մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀԾԿՀ մամուլի խոսնակ Մարիամ Ստեփանյանը:

Հարցին՝ հայտնի՞ է, թե ուսումնասիրությունները երբ կավարտվեն, ՀԾԿՀ խոսնակը պատասխանեց. «Մենք հայտը ստանալու օրվանից 90 աշխատանքային օր ունենք: Կարծում եմ՝ մենք լավագույնս կտեղավորվենք այդ ժամանակահատվածում»:

Մ. Ստեփանյանը մանրամասնեց, որ հայտը ստանալուց հետո 10 օր նախատեսված է կամերալ ստուգման համար:

«Կամերալ ստուգման ժամանակ ճշգրտվում է՝ հայտի պարունակությունը համապատասխանո՞ւմ է մեր կողմից սահմանված կարգին և արդյո՞ք բոլոր փաստաթղթերը կան: Եթե կան փաստաթղթեր, որոնք հնարավոր է լրացնել աշխատանքային կարգով, լրացվում են: Իսկ եթե էական բացթողումներ կան, փաթեթը նորից հետ է ուղարկվում: Այս դեպքում հայտի կամերալ ստուգումը ցույց տվեց, որ ամեն ինչ նորմալ է, և սկսվեց հայտի ուսումնասիրությունը»,– նշեց խոսնակը:

Իսկ հարցին, թե ջրի սակագնի թանկացման հարցը ե՞րբ վերջնական քննարկման կդրվի, Մ. Ստեփանյանը պատասխանեց, որ այս պահին ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել:

«Մոնիթորինգը և բաղկացուցիչ ուսումնասիրությունները չեն ավարտվել: Բացի այդ, հանրային լսումներ կլինեն: Այս ամբողջ գործընթացը պետք է ավարտվի, իմի բերվի և նոր որոշվի օրը»,– ընդգծեց Մ. Ստեփանյանը:
