Ի՞նչ է կատարվում շինարարության ոլորտում, և ի՞նչ սպասել 2025 թվականին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է՝ շինարարության ծավալները 2024 թվականի հունվար–դեկտեմբերին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել են 14,5 %-ով կամ 709,5 տրլն դրամով։ Բնականաբար, 2024 թ. հունվար–դեկտեմբերին ամենից շատ շինարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացվել են Երևանում, որտեղ կենտրոնացած է ՀՀ բնակֆոնդի և նորակառույցների գերակշիռ հատվածը։

Ըստ մասնագետների, այս հանգամանքը առաջին հերթին պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ Երևանում դեռևս գործել է եկամտահարկի վերադարձի համակարգը, չնայած նույնիսկ այդ պարագայում, աճի տեմպերը շատերը ոգևորիչ չեն համարում: Ավելին, ըստ տնտեսագետների, առաջիկայում հնարավոր են որոշակի անկումներ, չնայած որոշակի աճ կապահովվի նախկինում սկսված շինարարությունների շարունակման հաշվին:

Այդուամենայնիվ, փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ անցած տարվա տվյալներով հարկատուների մեջ մանրամեծածախ առևտրի, արդյունաբերության հետ առաջատար ոլորտներից է շինարարությունը: Ավելին, հետաքրքիր է, որ 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում ոչ միայն բուն շինարարական կազմակերպություններն են, այլև խոշոր ցանցերը, որոնք ապահովում են վերանորոգման, կահավորման, ինչպես նաև կահույքի պատրաստման համար նախատեսված պարագաներ: Օրինակ՝ «Դոմուս» ընկերությունը ոչ միայն հազարյակում է, այլև տեղ է զբաղեցրել լավագույն հարյուր հարկատուների մեջ՝ 3,3 մլրդ դրամ հարկով:

Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ բնակելի շինարարության ոլորտում 2024 թվականին գործարկվել է 1 մլն 261 հազար քառ. մետր տարածք, որը 80%-ով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշից։
