3,3 մլն դրամ՝ Փաշինյանի ԱՄՆ այցի համար. ում հաշվին է մեկնել Աննա Հակոբյանը (տեսանյութ)

Փետրվարի 3-ից 7-ը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատվիրակությունը գտնվել է Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների մայրաքաղաք Վաշինգտոնում, որի համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել է 3 մլն 361 հազար 119 դրամ։ Այս մասին ArmLur.am-ին հայտնել են Վարչապետի աշխատակազմից հարցմանն ի պատասխան։

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանի այցը Ամերիկա շատ հարցեր է առաջացրել, և գրեթե որևէ մեկը պատասխան չի ստացել։ Թե ինչ էր անում հայկական պատվիրակությունը վարչապետի մակարդակով Վաշինգտոնում անցկացվող 5-րդ ամենամյա Միջազգային կրոնական ազատության գագաթնաժողովին, ինչպես նաև ինչ էր կորցրել աթեիստ Արսեն Թորոսյանը «Ազգային աղոթքի նախաճաշին» վարչապետի և կառավարական պատվիրակության հետ, հարցական է։

Ըստ վարչապետի պաշտոնական կայքի՝ նա հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ԱՄՆ սենատորների և վերլուծական կենտրոնների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Միայն այցի վերջին օրը Փաշինյանը լուսանկար հրապարակեց Սպիտակ տնից, որում ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյմս Դեյվիդ Վենսի հետ է։ Վարչապետի պաշտոնական կայքում լուսանկարն ուղեկցվում էր շատ հակիրճ տեքստով․ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր։ Փաշինյանն իր էջում Սպիտակ տուն այցը որակել է որպես ճանաչողական և նշել, որ Վենսի հետ լավ խոսակցություն է ունեցել։

Թե դրանք ինչ «լավ խոսակցություններ էին», գեթ մեկ հայ մարդ այդպես էլ չհասկացավ։

Փաշինյանի հրապարակումներից հասկանում ենք, որ Աննա Հակոբյանն ուղեկցել է նրան, սակայն պատվիրակության կազմում Հակոբյանի անունը բացակայում էր։

ArmLur.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան վարչապետի աշխատակազմից փոխանցել էին, որ Աննա Հակոբյանի՝ ԱՄՆ մեկնելու ծախսերը կատարվել են անձնական միջոցների հաշվին։

Համացանցում շատերը վարչապետի՝ ԱՄՆ այցը որակեցին տեղեկատվական արշավ, որը կարող էր հասարակության «աչքերին թոզ փչել» և տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններ գոյություն ունեն։ Սակայն հարկ է նշել, որ Թրամփի նախագահ դառնալուց հետո ռուս-ուկրաինական հարաբերություններն ավելի առաջնային են, քան Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումը, հայն ու Հայաստանը։
