Կապտավանք եկեղեցին կվերականգնվի. կնքվել է հուշագիր

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Ալֆրեդ Քոչարյանը և բարերար Արման Մայիլյանը կնքել են համագործակցության հուշագիր՝ Տավուշի մարզի Չինչին գյուղի Կապտավանք եկեղեցու (12-րդ դ․) ամրակայման և վերականգնման վերաբերյալ:

Հուշագիրը ստորագրվել է՝ կարևորելով պատմամշակութային ժառանգության արժեքն ու հետագա սերունդներին փոխանցելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Նպատակն է նպաստել պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների պահպանությանը, օգտագործմանը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացմանը:

«Հուշարձանների պահպանությունը և սերունդներին փոխանցումը մշակույթի ռազմավարության առանցքային թիրախներից է: Պատմամշակութային արժեքների պահպանման, նորոգման և վերականգնման գործում կարևոր են նաև հանրային մասնակցությունն ու մասնավոր հատվածի հետ համագործակցությունը»,- ասել է նախարարի տեղակալ Ալֆրեդ Քոչարյանը՝ ընդգծելով հուշարձանապահպան նախաձեռնություններին աջակցելու ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության պատրաստակամությունը:

Շեշտելով պետության հետ համագործակցության անհրաժեշտությունը՝ բարերար Արման Մայիլյանը կարևորել է հուշարձանի վերականգնման ընթացքը, որն իրականացվելու է՝ համապատասխան սահմանված ընթացակարգերի:

Ըստ հուշագրի՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը կտրամադրի հուշարձանի գիտանախագծային փաստաթղթերը, սահմանված կարգով դրանք կքննարկի նախարարությանը կից գիտամեթոդական խորհրդում և կտրամադրի եզրակացություն, աշխատանքների կատարման ընթացքում կցուցաբերի մասնագիտական ու իրավական խորհրդատվություն: Բարերարն իր միջոցներով կիրականացնի հուշարձանի վերականգնման աշխատանքները, նախարարությանը կտրամադրի հեղինակային, տեխնիկական հսկողությունների և կապալառու կազմակերպությունների հետ պայմանագրերը՝ նախատեսվող աշխատանքների թույլտվություն ստանալու նպատակով:
