Ո՞վ ձեզ փաստաթուղթ չի տալիս, կարող ենք գնալ նրանց հետևից. Փաշինյանը՝ հարկային փոփոխություններից դժգոհող տնտեսվարողներին

«Առք ու վաճառքով զբաղվող, շրջանառության հարկ վճարողների 61.7 տոկոսը տարեկան ցույց է տալիս մինչև 10 մլն դրամի շրջանառություն, ստացվում է, որ օրական 27 հազար դրամի առևտուր են անում։ Ամբողջ տարվա ըննթացքում նրանք վճարում են 500 հազար դրամ հարկ»։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 12-ին, կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտած հարկային փոփոխություններին։

«Մենք հարկերը նվազեցրել ենք, ասել ենք՝ երբ քաղաքացին իր ապրանքաշրջանառությունն օրինակ ձևով փաստաթղթավորում է, հարկերը նվազում են, դառնում են 1 տոկոս»,–շեշտեց Փաշինյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է ձեռնարկել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները աշխատեն օրինական տիրույթում։ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ նոր ներդրված համակարգի գործարկումից մի քանի ամիս անց կդիտարկվեն արդյունքները։

«Շրջանառության հարկի համակարգը բիզնեսի համար մոտիվացիա չի ստեղծում, որ այն մեծանա։ Եթե մենք գնանք ու տեսնենք վիճակագրությունը, և տեսնենք, որ մեր հաշվարկը սխալ է, չենք զլանա մեր սխալն ընդունել։ Բայց որ առանց փաստարկի ասում են՝ ճիշտը սա է, կարծում եմ դա ճիշտ խոսակցություն չէ։ Իսկ երբ ասում են՝ մեզ փաստաթուղթ չեն տալիս, ո՞վ չի տալիս, մենք ուզում ենք հասկանալ՝ էդ ով ա, որ չի տալիս։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք գնալ այդ փաստաթուղթ չտվողների հետևից»,–ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
