Էջմիածնի «Քիմիկների» զորամասի անհետ կորած զինծառայողների գործով հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանում տեւական ժամանակ է՝ հարցաքննվում են անհետ կորած կամ զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողները, ինչպես նաեւ վկաները, իսկ այդ գործով մեղադրյալներ են ԳՇ պետի նախկին տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանը եւ զորամասի այլ պաշտոնյաներ։ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 376 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ ՔՕ 376 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասը սահմանում է անփույթ վերաբերմունք ծառայության նկատմամբ. սույն հոդվածի առաջին կամ երկրորդ մասով նախատեսված արարքները, եթե դրանք կատարվել են ռազմական դրության, պատերազմի ժամանակ կամ մարտի պարագաներում, պատժվում են ազատազրկմամբ՝ չորսից ութ տարի ժամկետով: Անդրանիկ Մակարյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը՝ երկրից չհեռանալու մասին։
