Չինացի գիտնականները ստեղծել են գերկայուն արևային տարրեր

Չինացի գիտնականները նշանակալի առաջընթաց են գրանցել բարձրարդյունավետ պերովսկիտային արևային տարրերի մշակման ոլորտում։ Պեկինի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Չժոու Հուանպինգի ղեկավարությամբ հետազոտական խումբը հեղինակավոր «Science» գիտական ամսագրում հրատարակել է երկու կարևոր ուսումնասիրություն։ Խումբը մշակել է նորարարական մեթոդ՝ բարձրորակ պերովսկիտային արևային տարրեր ստեղծելու համար։ Այս նյութը վաղուց գրավել է գիտնականների ուշադրությունն իր ֆոտոէլեկտրական հատկություններով, ցածր արժեքով և ջերմային կայունությամբ, սակայն դրա գործնական կիրառումը բարդացել է մի շարք էական թերությունների պատճառով։

Պրոֆեսոր Չժոուն և նրա գործընկերներն առաջարկել են լուծում՝ ռազմավարություն, որը հնարավորություն է տվել ստանալ բարձրորակ թաղանթներ՝ առանց խառնուրդների։ Հիմնական կետը նյութի ձևավորման ռեակցիայի ուղու փոփոխությունն էր՝ կոգենետիկ յոդի (I2) և յոդիդ-իոնի (I−) միջև ուժեղ կապի շնորհիվ, ինչը հանգեցրել է պոլիյոդիդային իոնների ձևավորմանը։

Նոր մեթոդի առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ տոգորման ընթացքում յոդն ամբողջությամբ հեռացվում է բյուրեղացանցից՝ իր ցնդող բնույթի շնորհիվ, ինչը ապահովում է վերջնական արտադրանքում օտար խառնուրդների բացակայությունը։ Ստացված արևային տարրերը ցուցաբերել են տպավորիչ արդյունքներ. էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը գերազանցել է 24 %-ը, իսկ +85 աստիճան ջերմաստիճանում ավելի քան 1100 ժամ աշխատելուց հետո դրանք պահպանել են իրենց սկզբնական արդյունավետության 99 %-ը։ Այս նվաճումը բացում է նոր հեռանկարներ պերովսկիտային արևային տարրերի զանգվածային ներդրման համար արդյունաբերության մեջ և կարող է էական ազդեցություն ունենալ վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի զարգացման վրա ապագայում։
