«Ucom Ֆելլոուշիփ» ինկուբացիոն ծրագրի մասնակիցները այցելել են Ucom՝ առաջնորդության գաղտնիքներին ծանոթանալու

«Ucom Ֆելլոուշիփ» ինկուբացիոն ծրագրի մասնակիցները այցելել են Ucom գլխամասային գրասենյակ, որտեղ հանդիպում են ունեցել ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի հետ։  

Այցի ընթացքում պարոն Յիրիկյանն ինտերակտիվ քննարկում է անցկացրել՝ խոսելով «Լավ առաջնորդություն և կառավարում» թեմայի շուրջ և կիսվելով հեռահաղորդակցության և բիզնես ոլորտներում իր մեծ փորձով: Մասնակիցները հնարավորություն ունեցան քննարկել իրենց նախագծերը, առաջնորդության արդյունավետ ռազմավարությունների վերաբերյալ խորհուրդներ ստանալ և բիզնեսի կայուն աճի սկզբունքները քննարկել:

Անդրադառնալով այցին՝ Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանն ընդգծել է մենթորության կարևորությունը առաջնորդների հաջորդ սերնդի ձևավորման գործում.

«Ուրախ եմ Ucom-ի գլխամասային գրասենյակում հանդիպելու Ucom Fellowship ծրագրի ստարտափ թիմերի հետ, կիսվելու իմ փորձով, տեղեկանալու ինկուբացիայի ընթացքում նրանց առաջընթացի մասին և պատասխանելու նրանց հարցերին։ Մենք Ucom-ում հավատացած ենք, որ ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաները կարող են օգնել շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանմանը և կանաչ ապագա ապահովել հաջորդ սերունդների համար», - նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

Ucom-ի հաղորդակցության թիմը նույնպես  հանդիպել է ծրագրի մասնակիցների հետ և անցկացրել է «Լավ PR փորձ» թեմայով սեսիա, որի ընթացքում մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել է արժեքավոր փորձ՝ մեդիա հարաբերությունների, բրենդի դիրքավորման և ռազմավարական հաղորդակցության վերաբերյալ: Քննարկումը ստարտափ թիմերին տրամադրեց գործնական գործիքներ՝ խթանելու իրենց հաղորդակցության հմտություններն ու հանրային իրազեկում ապահովելու իրենց լսարանի շրջանում։ 

Այս այցը «Ucom Ֆելլոուշիփ» ինկուբացիոն ծրագրի կարևոր մաս է, որը վերահաստատում է Ucom-ի հանձնառությունը երիտասարդ տաղանդներին խրախուսելու և նրանց անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքներով և մենթորությամբ զինելու՝ իրենց գաղափարները կյանքի կոչելու համար:
