ԶՊՄԿ-ի պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը

ԶՊՄԿ-ի ղեկավարությունը, հանդես գալով որպես իր աշխատակիցների համար երաշխավոր, ստանձնում է համապատասխան պարտավորություններն ու հրապարակում է այս հայտարարությունը՝ հաստատելով, որ փոփոխությունները կիրականացվեն սահմանված ժամկետներում։

1. Աշխատավարձի քաղաքականություն

Աշխատավարձերի վերանայման համակարգի մշակման աշխատանքները սկսվել են դեռևս 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերին։ Այս համակարգը ներառում է աշխատանքային ստաժի, որակավորման, դասակարգման ու սակագնային դրույքների բարձրացման հաշվառում։ Արդեն մեկնարկած գործընթացի արդյունքում ընդհանուր աշխատավարձային ֆոնդը կավելանա միջինը 20%-ով։ Ղեկավարությունը նոր աշխատավարձային համակարգը հիմնական արտադրամասերում կկիրառի արտադրության վերականգնումից մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում։

2. Բժշկական ապահովագրություն

Հաշվի առնելով բժշկական ապահովագրության վերաբերյալ ստացված բազմաթիվ գրավոր և բանավոր բողոքները՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ի ղեկավարությունը փետրվարի 17-ին կհայտարարի բաց մրցույթ և կընտրի նոր ապահովագրական ընկերություն, որը կապահովի աշխատակիցների պահանջներին համապատասխան որակյալ ծառայություններ։
 
3. Աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավում

Վերջին տարիներին ԶՊՄԿ-ն իրականացնում է առկա համակարգերի ու նախագծերի տեխնիկական աուդիտ։ Աուդիտն ավարտվել է 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին, որից հետո մեկնարկել է նոր համակարգերի նախագծման և ձեռքբերման գործընթացը։ Ընկերությունը երաշխավորում է, որ ժամանակակից, բարձր արդյունավետությամբ օդափոխության և ասպիրացիայի համակարգերը կտեղակայվեն հիմնական արտադրամասերում ոչ ուշ, քան 2025 թվականի ավարտը։
