Նոր Գյուղում 48-ամյա տղամարդը սղոցով, կացնով ու ատրճանակով հարձակվել է 36-ամյա տղամարդու վրա

Փետրվարի 9-ին Համայնքային ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Ջրաբեր գյուղում վիճաբանություն է եղել, ինչի ընթացքում հնչել են նաև կրակոցներ։

Կարճ ժամանակ անց ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է ստացվել «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնից, որ պատռված վերքով բուժօգնության են դիմել Շիրակի մարզի Բյուրակն գյուղի 36-ամյա և բաց հրազենային կոտրվածքով՝ Բերքաբեր գյուղի 40-ամյա բնակիչներ։

Կոտայքի քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանների համատեղ ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 48-ամյա տղամարդը գնացել է Նոր Գյուղ համայնքում գտնվող 40-ամյա տղամարդու տուն, սպանելու նպատակով հարձակվել այնտեղ գտնվող 36-ամյա տղամարդու վրա։ Նա նույն վայրում գտնվող էլեկտրոնային սղոցով հարվածել է 36-ամյա տղամարդու գլխին, վերցրել կացին, կրկին հարվածներ հասցրել նրան, ինչից հետո իր մոտ գտնվող ատրճանակից կրակոցներ արձակել օգնության հասած 40-ամյա տղամարդու վարած «Կիա» մակնիշի մեքենայի ուղղությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում վերջինս ստացել է հրազենային վնասվածք։

Հնարավոր զարգացումները կանխելու համար՝ 48-ամյա տղամարդուն ձերբակալելու նպատակով քրեական ոստիկաններն այցելել են նրա բնակության վայր։ Տեսնելով ոստիկաններին՝ նա մեքենայով դիմել է փախուստի։ Հետապնդելու ընթացքում հասնելով Քանաքեռավան գյուղի Երևանյան խճուղում գտնվող գազալցակայան, կայանել է մեքենան, 2 կրակոց է արձակել քրեական ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ, որոնցից մեկը դիպել է ծառայողական մեքենային։

Հետապնդելու ընթացքում տեսնելով, որ կրկին կրակոց է արձակում իրենց ուղղությամբ, քրեական ոստիկանն իրեն ամրակցված «Մակարով» ատրճանակից 2 նախազգուշական կրակոց է արձակել օդ, ինչից հետո մեկ անգամ կրակել է մեքենայի անվադողի ուղղությամբ։ Օգնության հասած պարեկների կողմից կանգնեցվել է հետապնդվող մեքենան։ Տղամարդը վնասազերծվել և ձերբակալվել է։

Անձնական խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակ՝ լիցքավորված վիճակում։ Փամփշտատուփի մեջ առկա է եղել ևս 1 փամփուշտ, իսկ գրպանում 3,15 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով կաթուցիչ։

Ձերբակալվածը կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել է նախաքննական մարմին։
