Որ «քարի» վրա կգայթի, ի վերջո. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական վարքն ու պահվածքը, այդ թվում՝ «լեզվավարժությունները», շատ են նմանվում անծանոթ ու ջրառատ գետը հատել փորձողի հուսահատ գործողություններին: Ըստ որում, «գետը» հատել փորձողը գոնե ապահովության համար ինքզինքը ճոպանով մի ծառաբնից չի էլ կապել: Ոտքով շոշափելով փորձում է արագահոս գետի հատակում ինչ-որ քար գտնել, հենվել դրա վրա, մի կերպ պահում է հավասարակշռությունը, հետո մեկ այլ քար է փնտրում: Ու լինում է, որ չի գտնում, մինչև ծունկը խրվում է ինչ-որ տիղմով լցված փոսի մեջ:

Բայց իսկապես, նման է, չէ՞:

Նախ՝ ակնհայտ է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այլևս ասելիք չունի: Նա արդեն համառորեն կրկնում է ավելի վաղ շրջանառածները: «Մեղավորներ» գտնելու, իր բերած ձախողումները մե՛կ «նախկինների», մե՛կ ռուսների, մե՛կ առհասարակ ժողովրդի, բանակին զինվոր տված ծնողների վրա բարդելու քարոզչական հնարքներն այլևս չեն «անցնում»: Ավելին, մարդկանց ճնշող մեծամասնությունն այլևս չի էլ լսում, առհասարակ, թե ինչ է ասում Փաշինյանը: Չեն լսում, չեն հետևում, չեն ընդունում: Իսկ հիմա նաև չեն ուզում ենթարկվել նրա իշխանության գրպանահատային կանոններին («ներքևինները չեն ուզում...»): Ավելին, քարոզչական «հզոր» գաղափարները, «պրոյեկտները» հենց վերոնշյալի արդյունքում անընդհատ «գցում է ոտքին»:

Փաշինյանական թեզերն այլևս չեն ազդում մարդկանց վրա: Լավ, գոնե բացարձակ մեծամասնության վրա:

Արտաքին հարաբերություններում խնդիրներ ունի, ներքին քաղաքականության մեջ ծայրեծայր խնդիրներ են: Տնտեսության մեջ փլուզումներ են ու անընդհատ մարդկանց գրպանը մտնելու գործողություններ:

Փաշինյանի ու նրա գլխավորած իշխանության վարկանիշը չափազանց ցածր է, նույնիսկ արևմտյան հարցումներով՝ հազիվ 10 կամ 11 տոկոս, այսինքն՝ մոտենում է իր «պատմական» 7 տոկոսանոց վարկանիշին:

Տրանսպորտի թանկացում, հարկային բեռի կտրուկ ավելացում, համընդհանուր հայտարարագրման լուծ: Պարզ է, որ երկրում սոցիալական բունտ (խռովություն) է հասունանում:

Եթե գումարենք սրան երկրի գլխին նորանոր մարտահրավերներ ու սպառնալիքներ բերելը, այն հանգամանքը, որ այլ երկրների ղեկավարներն իրեն լուրջ չեն ընդունում, պատկերն առավել պարզ կդառնա:

Դա ցուգ-ցվանգ է՝ ցայտնոտի պայմաններում: Այսինքն, Փաշինյանին արդեն ժամանակը չի բավականացնում, ի լրումն՝ ցանկացած հաջորդ քայլ բերում է էլ ավելի վատ դիրքի: Այստեղ հարցը մեկն է. որ «քարի» վրա կգայթի Փաշինյանը:
