9105 մարդուց սուր շնչառական վարակներով հիվանդների մեծ մասը երեխաներ են․ ինչ հիվանդություններ կան (տեսանյութ)

Սուր շնչառական վարակները եղանակով և սեզոնով պայմանավորված սրվել են։ ArmLur.am-ը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում սուր շնչառական վարակների, թոքաբորբի և կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությունների վերաբերյալ վիճակագրություն է խնդրել ՀՀ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնից։

2025 թվականի 5-րդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում շարունակվում է պահպանվել ՍՇՎ-ներով պայմանավորված ակտիվությունը։ Նշված ժամանակահատվածում առողջության առաջնային պահպանման կազմակերպություններ ՍՇՎ-ով դիմել են 9105 պացիենտ, (հիվանդացության ցուցանիշը կազմել է 307․3) նախորդ շաբաթվա համեմատ հիվանդացությունը նվազել է՝ 1,1 անգամ, իսկ 2024թ. միևնույն ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրված դեպքերի համեմատ ևս ցածր է՝
1.1 անգամ։

Ընդհանուր դեպքերի 74.7%-ը արձանագրվել է 0-18 տարեկանների շրջանում։

Առողջության առաջնային պահպանման կազմակերպություններ նշված ժամանակահատվածում թոքաբորբով դիմել է 1022 պացիենտ, ինչը նախորդ շաբաթվա համեմատ հիվանդացությունը գտնվում է գրեթե միևնույն մակարդակի վրա, իսկ նախորդ` 2024թ. միևնույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ բարձր է 2.4 անգամ։ Ընդհանուր դեպքերի 67.9%-ը կազմում են 0-18 տարեկանները։

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող կազմակերպություններում ՍՇՎ-ներով հոսպիտալացվել են 863 պացիենտ, որոնց 92.8%-ը կազմում են 0-18 տարեկանները։ Նախորդ շաբաթվա 932-ի համեմատ հոսպիատալացումները նվազել են 1,1 անգամ։ Թոքաբորբով հոսպիտալացվել են 578 պացիենտ, որոնց 67.4%-ը ևս կազմում են 0-18 տարեկանները, նախորդ շաբաթվա 584 հոսպիտալացումների համեմատ գրեթե նույնն են։

Սույն թվականի փետրվարի 2-ի դրությամբ սուր շնչառական վարակներով, ծանր սուր շնչառական վարակներով և թոքաբորբով վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներ հոսպիտալացվել են թվով 72 պացիենտ, որից 59-ը՝ 0-18 տարեկան։

Դետքային համակարգի դիտարկման շրջանակներում իրականացված լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքում 23 նմուշում հայտնաբերվել են գրիպ Ա տեսակի H1pdm09 ենթատեսակի հարուցիչներ։ Այլ շնչառական վարակներից 4 նմուշում հայտնաբերվել են ռեսպիրատոր սինցիտիալ վիրուսի, 3 նմուշում՝ ռինովիրուսի և 1 նմուշում՝
կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության SARS-Cov-2 հարուցիչներ։

2025 թվականի փետրվարի 3-ի դրությամբ վերջին 7 օրվա ընթացքում արձանագրվել է հիվանդության 27 դեպք, ինչը նախորդ նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել է 3 դեպքով: Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ դեպքերը ցածր են 1.8 անգամ:
