Ռուսաստանում ուժի մեջ է մտել միգրանտների արտաքսման ռեժիմը. ինչ է սպասվում

Այսօրվանից Ռուսաստանում ուժի մեջ է մտել անօրինական օտարերկրացիների միգրացիոն ռեժիմը։ Նրանք մուտքագրվելու են «վերահսկվող անձանց ռեգիստրում»՝ ՆԳՆ հատուկ տվյալների բազայում։

Այնտեղ մնալը սահմանափակում է միգրանտների գործողությունները և սպառնում նրանց հետագա արտաքսմամբ։ Տվյալների բազան արդեն հասանելի է գերատեսչության կայքում։

Համարվում է, որ եթե միգրանտն ընդգրկված է գրանցամատյանում, ապա նա ծանուցվել է արտաքսման ռեժիմի կիրառման մասին։ Ռեժիմն իր հերթին ենթադրում է, որ օտարերկրացին չի կարող փոխել իր բնակության վայրը կամ մնալ առանց իրավապահների իմացության, ճանապարհորդել բնակության շրջանից դուրս, մեքենա վարել, գույք գնել, գրանցել անշարժ գույք կադաստրային ռեգիստրում, բացել բանկային հաշիվ կամ կատարել այլ բանկային գործառնություններ։

Նման կարգավիճակ կստանան նաև այն օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները, որոնց երեխաները (չի լրացել 18 տարին) Ռուսաստանի տարածքում անցանկալի են ճանաչվել։

Գործող օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանում օտարերկրացու անցանկալիության մասին որոշում կարող է ընդունվել երկիր մուտք գործելիս խախտումների, երկրում լինելու կամ բնակվելու իրավունքը հաստատող փաստաթղթերի բացակայության կամ կորստի, թույլատրելի ժամկետի ավարտից հետո Ռուսաստանից չհեռանալու դեպքում, ինչպես նաև տարանցիկ ճանապարհորդության կանոնների խախտման դեպքում:

Բացի այդ, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում օտարերկրացի կամ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձի մնալը կամ բնակությունը կարող է անցանկալի ճանաչվել, եթե անձը իրական վտանգ է ներկայացնում երկրի պաշտպանության կամ անվտանգության, հասարակական կարգի կամ հանրային առողջության համար:

Եթե ​​միգրանտը ստացել է նման կարգավիճակ, ապա նա պարտավոր է լքել Ռուսաստանը սահմանված ժամկետում։ Հակառակ դեպքում ենթակա է արտաքսման։
