Հայաստանից արտահանումը, ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու դեպքում, կարող է նվազել 80%-ով և հանգեցնել տոտալ աղքատացման. Զախարովա

Եվրամիության (ԵՄ) հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների զարգացումը Երևանի ինքնիշխան իրավունքն է, բայց դա կհանգեցնի ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում արտոնությունների և օգուտների կորստի։ Այս մասին ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան՝ ընդգծելով, որ հիմա Հայաստանը կոնկրետ օգուտ է ստանում ԵԱՏՄ-ից:

Նա ՀՀ իշխանություններին խորհուրդ է տվել՝ վերլուծել, թե ինչ հետևանքներ են ունենալու նման քայլերը: Ըստ Զախարովայի՝ խոսքն առաջին հերթին ԵԱՏՄ ահռելի շուկայի կորստի և  տասնամյակներով հաստատված առևտրային շղթաների ցավոտ խզման մասին է:

«Ըստ որոշ գնահատականների՝ Հայաստանից արտահանումը, ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու դեպքում, կնվազի 80 տոկոսով և անհնար կլինի կորուստները փոխարինել այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներով նույնիսկ միջնաժամկետ հեռանկարում»,- կանխատեսել է Զախարովան։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Երևանի և ԵՄ-ի միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացումը հարված կլինի Հայաստանի զարգացմանը և կարող է հանգեցնել տոտալ աղքատացման։

Զախարովան նաև հիշեցրել է, որ 2024 թվականին ԵՄ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի հետ Հայաստանի առևտուրը զգալիորեն նվազել է և մոտավորապես 6 անգամ պակաս է Ռուսաստանի հետ ապրանքաշրջանառությունից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը դրական եզրակացություն է տվել «Եվրոպական միությանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրենքի նախագծին։ Հարցը կընդգրկվի առաջիկա ԱԺ լիագումար նստաշրջանի օրակարգ, որը կմեկնարկի փետրվարի 11-ից:

ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկն այս առնչությամբ հայտարարել է, որ Երևանը գիտի, որ Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը Եվրամիությանը կհանգեցնի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունից (ԵԱՏՄ) դուրս գալուն և Հայաստանի համար ԵԱՏՄ շուկայի փակմանը։ 

«Այստեղ լուծումը շատ ակնհայտ է. Եվրամիության հետ շուկաների բացումը կնշանակի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ շուկաների փակում, այլապես կտուժեն Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մեր արտադրողները», - նշել է ՌԴ փոխվարչապետը։ 

Նա պարզաբանել է, որ Հայաստանի համար «ԵՄ-ի հետ ներմուծման մաքսային դրույքաչափերի զրոյացումն ինքնաբերաբար կնշանակի վերադարձ ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ մաքսային սակագներին»։

«Մեզ համար ազդակ է, որ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու սկիզբը ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու սկիզբն է, սա միանգամայն ակնհայտ է ցանկացածի համար, ով մի փոքր ծանոթ է այս 2 ինտեգրացիոն ասոցիացիաներին։ Այստեղ նրանք (հայկական կողմը) միանգամայն հստակ գիտեն, որ հետևանքներն այսպիսին են լինելու: Այստեղ ոչ ոք չպետք է պատրանքներ ունենա։ Իսկ այն մարդիկ, որոնք հիմա ՀՀ-ում ընթացող քննարկումներում պնդում են, թե իբր հնարավոր կլինի ինչ-որ լուծում գտնել, նրանք, մեղմ ասած, մոլորեցնում են հայ ժողովրդին»,- ասել է Օվերչուկը»,- ասել է Օվերչուկը։

Օվերչուկը նշել է, որ ԵՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության գործընթացը երկար է լինելու և կոչ է արել սպասել այս հարցով Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում լսումների արդյունքներին։
