«ՀայաՔվե»-ն իր զորակցությունն է հայտնում Մամիկոն Ասլանյանին և դատապարտում բոլոր քաղաքական հետապնդումները

Հունվարի 29-ին առաջին ատյանի դատարանը 4 տարի 4 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման դատապարտեց Վանաձորի ավագանու ընտրություններում առաջին տեղը գրաված քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավար Մամիկոն Ասլանյանին։ Նրա հանդեպ այս քրեական հետապնդումը իրականում զուտ քաղաքական հալածանք է՝ թելադրված գործող վարչախմբի կողմից։ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանն իր քաղաքական դիրքորոշման համար ենթարկվում է բացահայտ խտրականության՝ բացարձակապես շինծու հիմքերով։ Եվս մեկ անգամ ականատես ենք, որ քրեական հետապնդումը պատժի գործիք է դառնում քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների դեմ։

«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը խստորեն դատապարտում է արդարադատությունը ոտնահարող այս հերթական դրսևորումը՝ այն համարելով ոտնձգություն ժողովրդավարության և դատական համակարգի անկախության դեմ։ Այս ակտը որերորդ անգամ վկայում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում տապալված է տեղական ինքնակառավարումը․ իրականացվող քաղաքական հետապնդման հետևանքով հանրապետության` մեծությամբ երրորդ համայնքը փաստացի չունի ընտրված ղեկավար և ավելի քան երեք տարի ղեկավարվում է գործող վարչախմբի նշանակած դրածոյի կողմից․ ընդ որում սա տեղական ինքնակառավարման բռնազավթման ցավալի օրինաչափության շարքից է՝ Երևան, Գյումրի, Ալավերդի, Բերդ, Վարդենիս և այլ համայնքներում տեղի ունեցած աղաղակող դեպքերի կողքին։ Գործող վարչախումբը սրանով և նման այլ գործողություններով Հայաստանում տապալել է ժողովրդավարութունը, սահմանադրական կարգը և երկիրը փորձում է տանել դեպի լիակատար բռնապետություն։
