«Մեծամորի հիվանդանոցը» և «Մեծամորի պոլիկլինիկան» միաձուլվում են. Պոլիկլինիկայի ստացիոնար ծառայությունները կկրճատվեն

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունվարի 30-ի նիստում որոշեց «Մեծամորի հիվանդանոց» ՓԲԸ-ն և «Մեծամորի պոլիկլինիկա» ՓԲԸ-ն միաձուլման ձևով վերակազմակերպել` ստեղծելով «Մեծամորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ն:

Բացի այդ, որոշվել է պոլիկլինիկայի նեղ մասնագիտական ծառայություններն ինտեգրել Մեծամորի հիվանդանոցին, իսկ ստացիոնար ծառայու¬թյունները ենթարկել ներքին օպտիմալացման` միավորելով մեծահասակների և մանկական թերապևտիկ բաժանմունքները մեկ թերապևտիկ ծառա¬յության մեջ՝ 20 մահճակալով, իսկ Վիրաբուժական բաժանմունքի 15 մահճակալների տեղերը կրճատել:

Հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ նշված փոփոխության արդյունքում կկայունանա «Մեծամորի բժշկական կենտրոն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության ընդհանուր  ֆինանսական վիճակը:

Մեծամորի բժշկական կենտրոն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը գտնվում է ծանր ֆինանսական վիճակում. 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ի դրությամբ ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները կազմել են 80,4 մլն դրամ։ 2024-ի նոյեմբերի 26-ին պետության կողմից տրամադրվել է  դրամաշնորհ 74,8 մլն դրամ, որը ամբողջությամբ ուղղորդվել է ԲԿ-ի պարտավորությունների մարմանը։

Բժշկական կենտրոնում աշխատում են 169 աշխատակիցներ, որոնցից 44-ը՝ բարձր որակավորում ունեցող բժիշկներ։

Կենտրոնի թերապևտիկ, մանկական և ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունքները ի հաշիվ իրենց բուժաշխատողների բարձր որակավորման և հեղինակության աշխատում են լիարժեք ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ և շահույթով։

2024 թվականի հունվարից դադարեցվել է վարակիչ հիվանդությունների «մանկական» բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման իրականացման տեսակի մասով գործունեությունը, որը բժշկական կենտրոնին բերել է մոտ 20 մլն դրամի վնաս։

Կառավարության 2013-ի օգոստոսի 13-ի որոշմամբ «Մեծամորի բժշկական կենտրոնի» մանկաբարձական և գինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքի գործառույթները՝ 15 մահճակալի հաշվարկով, սահմանված կարգով փոխանցվել են «Արմավիրի բժշկական կենտրոնին», իսկ «Մեծամորի բժշկական կենտրոնի»  մանկաբարձական և գինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքի տարածքում ծավալվել է ստացիոնար մարզային էնդոկրինոլոգիական ծառայություն, որն իր գործունեությունն ամբողջ ծավալով սկսել է 2014 թվականից։

Նշվում է, որ ոչ շահութաբեր ծառայության դադարեցմամբ կկայունանա Մեծամոր քաղաքում գործող «Մեծամորի բժշկական կենտրոն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության բնականոն գործունեությունը:
