Տակից դուրս չեն գալու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Առանց այդ էլ պարզ էր, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր ՔՊ իշխանություններն անհանգիստ են, իսկ վերջին օրերին արդեն բոլորը բացեիբաց տեսան, որ նրանք լրջորեն վախեցած են, եթե ավելին չասվի: Փաշինյանն ու նրա քպականները երևի այն աստիճան են կտրվել իրականությունից, որ չէին պատկերացնում, թե ինչ կարգի բացասական հույզեր են հարուցում նույնիսկ միայն էկրաններին երևալով, էլ չասած՝ հարկային տեռորի, կտրուկ թանկացող ուղեվարձի, մի խոսքով՝ ժողովրդի «կաշին քերթելուն» նպատակաուղղված նրանց որոշումներով:

Տեսեք. եկամուտների համընդհանուր հայտարարագրման դեմ իրապես համընդհանուր դժգոհությունը նկատելով ու իբր թե «լավություն» անելով՝ էլեկտրոնային ստորագրության համար տարեկան 3000 դրամ «պլոկելը» չեղարկեցին: Կամ՝ իրենց իսկ առաջարկած 300 դրամ ուղեվարձը կիսով չափ իջեցրին՝ դարձնելով 150, չնայած դա էլ ինքնին թանկացում է: Ժողովրդական բառուբանով ասած՝ Փաշինյանը հապշտապ «զադնի է դնում», զուգահեռաբար՝ ձգտում է թեմաներն իրենով անել, այսինքն՝ «մեդիաբեռը» ամբողջությամբ նորից իր վրա է վերցնում, չնայած իրականում դա էլ աշխատում է կամ ազդեցություն է գործում բացառապես «իր մասսայի» վրա, որը արդեն այնքան էլ «մասսա» չէ, այլ երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայով նվազող մի խումբ:

Իմիջիայլոց նշենք, որ GALLUP -ի հերթական հարցման արդյունքներով, եթե առաջիկա կիրակի օրը ընտրություններ լինեին, ապա «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության օգտին պատրաստ է քվեարկել միայն 11,3 տոկոսը։ Սա բառի բուն իմաստով ռեկորդային ցածր ցուցանիշ է նախկին բոլոր հարցումների համեմատ ու չափազանց խոսուն է թե՛ իրական պատկերի, թե՛ «զադնի դնելու» բուն պատճառների առումով:

Այսինքն, այստեղ Փաշինյանի իշխանության հիմնասյուն համարվող «լրահոսային ներկայությունն» ապահովելու (մեդիա դաշտում մնալու) մղումից զատ, գործ ունենք նաև գիտակցման հետ, որ նշված ու նաև չնշված խնդիրները ծանրորեն ոտքներին են գցել և տակից դուրս չեն գալու: Ամենից կարևորը՝ նրանք արդեն տեսնում են, որ լուրջ բունտ է հասունանում: Ըստ որում, արդեն կարևոր չէ, թե հասարակության համատարած դժգոհության ու խռովության համար հարցերից որ մեկն է կատալիզատորը: Փաշինյանը գուցե հասկանում է, որ ժողովրդի համբերության բոլոր տարաները պռնկեպռունկ լցված են, ինչից էլ գալիս է նրա սուտ «զիջողականությունը»:

Առաջիկայում շատ հնարավոր է, որ Փաշինյանն էլի ինչ-որ «զիջումների» գնա: Հավանական է՝ այլ փոփոխություններ էլ լինեն, որոնք արդեն խմբաքանակով կարող են չեղարկել զանազան հակասոցիալական որոշումներ: Բայց դրանք կլինեն միայն «փիառային», աչքփակոցու համար, և ոչ մի իրական քայլ չեն անի՝ ձեռքները ժողովրդի վաղուց ծակ գրպանից հանելու համար...
