2024 YR4 աստերոիդը կարող է բախվել Երկրին 2032 թվականին

2024 YR4 աստերոիդը, որը հայտնաբերվել է անցյալ տարվա վերջին, կարող է բախվել Երկրին 2032 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 22-ին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրել է աստղագետ Ստանիսլավ Կորոտկին:

Ի՞նչ է հայտնի 2024 YR4 աստերոիդի մասին

Աստերոիդը հայտնաբերվել է 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին Չիլիի ATLAS աստղադիտարանի աստղագետների կողմից: Նախնական գնահատականներով՝ նրա տրամագիծը կազմում է մոտ 70 մետր, ինչը երեք-չորս անգամ գերազանցում է 2013 թվականին պայթած Չելյաբինսկի մետեորիտի չափերը, որի պայթյունը հանգեցրել էր շենքերի վնասվածքների և ավերածությունների:

Աստերոիդը դիտարկվում է արդեն 33 օր, սակայն կարճ դիտարկման ժամանակաշրջանի պատճառով կանխատեսումները մնում են անորոշ:

Որքա՞ն է բախման հավանականությունը

Կորոտկու խոսքերով՝ բախման հավանականության գնահատականները տարբեր են.

  • Տարբեր հաշվարկներով՝ բախման հավանականությունը կազմում է 0,5%-ից մինչև 6%:
  • 6%-ը նշանակում է, որ 16 հնարավոր սցենարներից մեկը կհանգեցնի բախման:

Սա աստերոիդի Երկրի հետ բախման ամենաբարձր հավանականությունն է 2004 թվականին Ապոֆիսի հայտնաբերումից ի վեր: Հիշեցնենք, որ Ապոֆիսը 2029 թվականի ապրիլին կանցնի Երկրից ընդամենը 30,000 կմ հեռավորության վրա, սակայն բախում չի ակնկալվում:

Եթե կանխատեսումը հաստատվի, 2024 YR4-ի ամենահավանական անկման վայրերը Կենտրոնական Աֆրիկան կամ Ատլանտյան օվկիանոսն են: Եթե աստերոիդը ընկնի ցամաքում, շենքերի վնասվածքները հնարավոր են մինչև 30 կմ շառավղով:
