ԵԽԽՎ-ն Ադրբեջանին կոչ է անում ազատ արձակել ԼՂ-ի նախկին ղեկավարներին և մյուս բոլոր հայերին

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովն ընդունած բանաձևում Ադրբեջանին կոչ է արել ազատ արձակել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին ռազմաքաղաքական պաշտոնյաներին և մյուս հայերին։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշված է ԵԽԽՎ-ի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ։ 

Բանաձևն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանում ապօրինի և շինծու մեղադրանքներով անազատության մեջ պահվող Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին ռազմաքաղաքական ներկայացուցիչների և այլ անձանց՝ կոչ անելով Ադրբեջանին ազատ արձակել այդ մարդկանց։

«Վեհաժողովը շարունակում է հետևել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և բոլորի կալանավորված անձանց և ռազմագերիների հետ կապված իրավիճակին, որոնք ներկայում գտնվում են Ադրբեջանում՝ վերահաստատելով նրանց ազատ արձակելու իր կոչը»,-նշված է բանաձևում։

Վեհաժողովը նաև խիստ մտահոգություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանում ժողովրդավարության, օրենքի գերակայության և մարդու իրավունքների վատթարացման առնչությամբ։ 

«Վեհաժողովը շարունակում է լրջորեն մտահոգված լինել Ադրբեջանում ժողովրդավարության վատթարացման, քաղաքական և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ակտիվիստների, լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների և իշխանության այլ քննադատների նկատմամբ բռնությունների առնչությամբ»,-նշված է բանաձևում։ 

Բանաձևը կոչ է անում Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին դադարեցնել հետապնդումները և անհապաղ ազատ արձակել բոլոր նրանց, որոնք կալանավորվել են քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով։ 

Այն իշխանություններին կոչ է անում փոփոխություններ կատարել «Կուսակցությունների մասին» և «Լրատվամիջոցների մասին» օրենքում և ՀԿ-ներին վերաբերող համապատասխան օրենսդրության մեջ՝ համաձայն Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի առաջարկությունների։  

Բանաձևում նաև նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանում 2024 թվականին կայացած նախագահական ընտրությունները չեն համապատասխանել ժողովրդավարական ընտրությունների միջազգային չափանիշներին և կայացել են խոսքի, հավաքների ազատության սահմանափակումների պայմաններում:
