Չկա աշխարհում որևէ մի օրենք, որով հնարավոր լինի արդարացնել հայերի բանտարկությունն ու նվաստացումը Բաքվում. Հայկ Մամիջանյանի ելույթը ԵԽԽՎ-ում

Հայկ Մամիջանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գրել.
 
Տիկնա'յք և պարոնայք,

Նոր աշխարհակարգի հաստատման համար աշխարհի բոլոր ազգերն ու երկրները ստիպված են ինչ-որ գին վճարել։ Հայերը այդ գինը վճարեցին ցեղասպանության ենթարկվելով 20-րդ դարի սկզբին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում, այնուհետև նացիզմի դեմ պայքարում՝ ավելի քան 300.000 զինվորների կյանքով։ Այդ ամենը նախորդ աշխարահակարգի հաստատման մեր վճարած գինն էր։

Մենք շատ թանկ գին ենք վճարել նաև նոր ձևավորվելիք աշխարհակարգի համար, երբ 2020 թվականին առերեսվեցինք ադրբեջանական հերթական ագրեսիային, իսկ հետո արդեն էթնիկ զտման Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում: Սա չափազանց թանկ գին է մեր ազգի համար։

Մեզանից բոլորն այստեղ օրենսդիր մարմնի ներկայացուցիչներ են, և մենք քաջատեղյակ ենք, որ օրենքի առանցքը, կենտրոնը մարդիկ են, մարդ արարածը, ով հավատում է այդ օրենքի ուժին։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությունը հավատում էր միջազգային իրավունքի ուժին, բայց ցավոք Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանությունն ու աշխարհը խաբեցին ու դավաճանեցին՝ թողնելով մեն-մենակ բռնակալների դեմ պայքարում։

Աշխարհը չպետք է թույլ տա, որ պատմությունը կրկնվի. նոր աշխարհակարգը պետք է հիմնված լինի արժեքների ու օրենքների վրա, այլ ոչ թե նավթի ու աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերի վրա։ Կարող եք ասել, որ ես երազող եմ, բայց ես հավատում եմ, որ միակը չեմ։

Չկա աշխարհում որևէ մի օրենք, որով հնարավոր լինի արդարացնել հայերի բանտարկությունն ու նվաստացումը Բաքվում։ Չկա աշխարհում որևէ մի օրենք, որով հնարավոր լինի արդարացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի բռնի տեղահանությունն իրենց հայրենիքից։ Չկա աշխարհում որևէ մի օրենք, որն արդարացնի ամեն օր Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի վտանգի, սպառնալիքների ու ատելության մթնոլորտում ապրելը։

Մենք՝ հայերս, Քրիստոնյա աշխարհի դռնապաններն ենք։ Մենք չպետք է մենակ մնայինք։ Հավատացեք՝ մենք աշխարհի օգնության ու աջակցության կարիքն ունենք։
